Basic App Canโ€™t Modify Order

I love Hook, but the app is inconvenient because I canโ€™t modify my order. For example, I like to order the Bistro Sandwich and I canโ€™t order it on a wheat bun. I have to call the order in just to make this change which means I canโ€™t pay ahead of time. Super inconvenient.

No option to pay with gift card!

This app is convenient and helpful, especially when you are trying to avoid going inside the restaurant during the pandemic. However, there is no option on the app or online to pay with a gift card. This forces the user to either go inside to order/pay or go somewhere else for lunch/dinner.
I was looking forward to this as I received a gift card for Christmas. But as a high risk person I cannot go inside to order/pay so Iโ€™m forced to go somewhere else. Please update the app to allow gift cards as a form of payment. I wish I was able to order on the app.
