Basic App Can’t Modify Order
I love Hook, but the app is inconvenient because I can’t modify my order. For example, I like to order the Bistro Sandwich and I can’t order it on a wheat bun. I have to call the order in just to make this change which means I can’t pay ahead of time. Super inconvenient.
No option to pay with gift card!
This app is convenient and helpful, especially when you are trying to avoid going inside the restaurant during the pandemic. However, there is no option on the app or online to pay with a gift card. This forces the user to either go inside to order/pay or go somewhere else for lunch/dinner.
I was looking forward to this as I received a gift card for Christmas. But as a high risk person I cannot go inside to order/pay so I’m forced to go somewhere else. Please update the app to allow gift cards as a form of payment. I wish I was able to order on the app.

Love the food, not a fan of the app
When trying to place an order, I realized my card had expired. There was no simple, intuitive way to change payment method from the order screen. I had to backtrack out to the home page, find my account, then manage cards, Etc.
If there is a simpler way, it wasn’t where I could find it...therefore, I stand by my criticism.

Not user friendly
It works but the options are not great. Tweaking orders is a bit limited -no area for notes on each order.
More options to request custom
There is no place to make a request or add ketchup or any other regular condiments to my burgers. Give us a text box!
Buggy
1. After tapping a previous order, can’t delete the order to start over. 2. If the order contains multiple of the same type of item, can’t tap a particular item to customize it. For example, if you tap the 2nd or 3rd burger to edit, you always end up editing the 1st.
Can’t substitute protein
In the store you can select beef, turkey, etc for any style burger but the app doesn’t offer this or have a comment window for your order. Thus still need to call it in. Love the food and local store, but app is weak unfortunately.
Worst App ever
The map can’t locate any stores (yes GPS is enabled), can’t place order from the app. What is the whole point?

Horrible App
I can never order with this app. It takes the order, wants me to store a credit card. Then won’t let me pay with that card. We t now has 2 different cards and I can’t order online. I just end up calling and picking up. Sigh.. would be great to order ahead.
Mods are a necessity
Allowing us to modify SP FF light mayo instead of nine etc needs mods!
Great Burgers, inadequate app
The ability to order ahead is great, but you have to give them a credit card to store. Who knows how secure their systems are? Deleting until they support Apple Pay.

Points
There is no simple way to acquire points on to the app. Other rewards programs are simple. You can scan your receipt or scan your app. I feel I am never sure if I have acquired the points or not. The last time I was in the store I asked to acquire points and apparently I had a credit and it was used. I did not want to use the credit. I wanted to save the credit for a different time.

Future Updates
I would love to be able to modify a side salad and also have it so that my credit card is saved for in app orders, but I can pay by cash when I physically go in and scan my app for rewards!

Seems either useless or incredibly difficult to use
After 30 minutes of effing with the app it appears that you can’t use it to pre-order food for pick up. Pretty useless.
