They provide no option to unsubscribe. And they just auto debit every month.
Fraudulent app
Be very careful of this app. They lure you with 19.99 subscriptions and then they start charging your card for 79.99 without approval or authorisation. There is no way to cancel the subscription in their site or app. This is a scam

They never disclose you are signing up for a membership rather than paying a one-time fee as advertised. Customer service ignores all emails. I will report any fraudulent charges they attempt. UPDATE: They attempted a fraudulent $79.99 charge. It is impossible to cancel. I have reported them to my credit card.

Auto-Debit Fraud
Their Instagram Promo led me to make the buying decision. I authorised the 19$ (can’t remember the decimals), but it was totalling 1793.98 INR. After this payment, another payment got triggered which charged me 4485.41 INR with description “City House”.
They have not shared the payment receipt as well. I would advise the users to be mindful of what they are paying for on this fraudulent app.
Just to add, I started using the app. The Program they provide is useless, its just a 40 mins video for each day. The printed plan doesn’t even mention the day-wise routine, you are on your own.

This is a trap, take care
The app is pretty much a reminder without any customized plan and the worst part is that you cannot cancel in the app. When you figure out that you have to send an email to cancel it (yes, an email), it is too late and you will have to pay.
It is a scam
They tried to autodebit a payment of $80 from my bank account even though I did not authorise them to make any transactions. Hopefully anyone else doesn’t scammed by these scamsters.
Buyers beware
I’ve downloaded and used many fitness and diet apps. This one is on the bottom of the list in terms of value, service and quality of info provided. The sign up process is very clunky and tricky and also they force you into upgrading to make this even open or function. I made a mistake with clicking on an option and it automatically charged me. When I emailed them literally immediately to advise I wasn’t happy with what I had purchased; I was told no refund was available because I had opened the app.

Completely misleading | Don’t download
The app promises a customised exercise routine and a diet plan but instead of that, you get a generic app full of random videos and information. I got defrauded, so you don’t have to. You’re welcome.
No Instructions
You sign up pay money and there is no instruction to follow
Love the exercises. I’m 62.

I have complained about this app. Please do not download and pay this app. They are fraudulent people. They advertise something else and give you something else. So please save your money.
