Technical Issues and horrible customer service
Decided to do a trial run of this app. So many glitches it became super frustrating to use. Reached out to their IT dept and they were aware of the issues. Thought I cancelled the trial. As soon as I received the notification that they charged me I quickly reached out requesting refund and to be sure my subscription was officially cancelled. They threw the no-refund policy at me. Horrible app, horrible customer service. Publer is the way to go. Plann is even better than this app.

It was easy to schedule posts to multiple profiles. The ability to repost past posts from mobile as well as download those videos is very helpful.

I’ve used the app for a year or so, it’s simple to use and new features landing regularly making it valuable.
The only thing I noted is a couple of the new features don’t perform as promised. All in all, worth it!

This app is super user friendly. I love advertising my business on social media to find new clients. This app has really brought much exposure to my business because it allows you to make posts on different media outlets all in one instant! A good time saving tool if u have many social media platforms.

Great app, great tech support
Highly recommend, easy to use and very responsive IT team. Haven’t ever had a problem that wasn’t resolved within hours of alerting them to it! Love the newest updates. I can almost use the app without the website at this point which I appreciate being on the go so often.

Doesn't work on my iphone
Despite several attempts with support I have given up. It does not work on my iPhone. I can't log in because they made the app incompatible and too long for the screen.
