Logs you out poor app
It keeps logging out and bugging really poor quality especially as we run this for an emergency telephone line

Theres always some sort of issue with. It’s never straightforward.
Useless
Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall. It hardly ever rings or gives a notification when someone is calling. The only time I know someone has tried to call is when I open the app and see a list of missed calls or if I’ve received an angry email saying no one is responding! Looks like it’s been neglected and doesn’t get updated anymore which is absolutely useless in a world that relies on technology. Glad to see they value their customers.

Call dropping
Call dropping, the app doesn’t let me see my dialled calls it throws me out the app, constant issues - app needs updating ASAP with the latest updates in line with the phone updates

Where do I begin… the app is so unreliable. I often don’t receive notifications for incoming calls, and when opening the app I suddenly see a list of missed calls. Calls regularly disconnect even with full 5G/wifi coverage after just a couple of minutes. The voicemail function doesn’t work at all, as the app crashes every time I try to access it. It is impossible to get real support to resolve the issues, which leaves leaving a review as the only option. The app hasn’t had an update in over a year, which goes to show how little they actually care about user experience.

Terrible app
This app simply isn't fit for purpose. I miss so many incoming calls simply because the app doesn't work properly.
Avoid
We have used this app to support our out of hours service within a reactive business. This is managed through a third party.
This app does not work correctly. We have had constant issues with calls not connecting, clients not being able to hear from our end and emergency jobs being missed due to the reliability of the app actually allowing calls through or sending notifications.

Rubbish
It continually lets us down, it either doesn’t connect or the signal is really bad. VOIP is the future and this app fails miserably!

It started saying my password was incorrect. I reset my password and tried to log on again. The app can’t cope with the request, it only deletes one character at the time (of the insanely long password, which I can not personalize!!!!). There’s a delay in ‘backspace’ to ‘action’. Once the field is finally empty and I try to enter the new password, the app freezes and shuts down.
This app should not exist, Skype in 2001 worked better.

Completely broken
Simply does not work, people cannot hear me and calls won’t connect. Absolutely awful.
Avoid
Constantly crashes. Continual password resets needed. Simply can’t run a business using this app. Complete pain and time waste.

Login issues constantly, requires overhaul.

Terrible App tried to change password & crashes before you can enter it, whoever put this software together hasn’t got a clue, it’s way to heavy and slow , it needs a overhaul and an update asap

So the app often looks at self out for no apparent reason
Which means I missed calls when it is logged out. It doesn’t divert to my mobile when I’m not reachable.
Now I’ve discovered that the app is in fact, diverting hundred percent of the calls and not working at all… even though it’s logged in….
Prior to this it is a gamble whether it will actually connect to a call or just give up…

Failing to open
I’ve been trying to use the app and I’m having issues simply opening it…it’s been fine for the past few years but now it’s completely failed
Needs improvement
Big issues with contacts saved on the phone not displaying names during incoming calls, this could also be due to numbers being saved on the phone with/without country code, another major issue that needs addressing is incoming calls just show the number and not the queue/hunt group that sent the call, for work calls this is very important to know this was not in issue on the old app

If I could give it zero I would
This is without a doubt the most unfit for service app I have ever had the displeasure of using. For the last 2 years at work we have had constant issues. We have to reinstall the app sometimes in a daily basis to actually get the phone to ring. Many instances of answering but the call not connecting before it then moves into the next team member. On days off when logged out of the app it will still ring when you are not signed in. But when you are signed in who knows if it will ring. Often pick up the phone to see 5+ missed called despite the phone not ringing once.
It’s terrible. Please avoid at all costs.

Bad unreliable
Terrible. My organisation uses this. Have to delete and reload app every time. Waste 30 minutes hoping it will work. Avoid
Perfect solution
Not sure why all the negativity, works fine and is the perfect solution for me working from home or on the go.
