Can’t create a username with your email address if it has a period before the at sign. Y’all should get that fixed.
Doesn’t work
Been trying to log into this app numerous times and keep getting told my login info is inaccurate—but it’s not since I can log on the website just fine.

The app is really great and easy use. However, must add children accounts it’s easy for every parent to generate their account information.
Logging In
App does not recognize User Name and/or Password. Consistently prompts to create a new password, and then gives the same error message. Does not recognize Username or Password. Reported to Customer Service over two weeks ago, still broken.

So thankful for Horizon BC and BS and their user app.. it makes things so much easier.

Glitch
A while back I called tech support because I couldn’t use my username and password from the website on the app. Never fixed. Today, I tried to reset the password on the app. I did successfully change the password but when I try to signin it doesn’t recognize me. I deleted and re-added the app, did another forgot password. I believe the glitch is caused because I previously had regular Horizon BCBS.
