Everything about this app is awful. From user ability to password reset nothing works
Not working correctly with new iOS
Lost all ability to assess the menu when on a call, can’t transfer, speaker or even end the call
Pointless Wi-Fi only
This app is really pointless if you are working remotely as it only works on Wi-Fi and is useless using 4G/5G
Rubbish
If I did not have to use it for work it would not be on my phone. It is not possible to add work contacts to the app directory, that is crazy

This COLLABORATION mobile app has flaws.
History screen does not allow deletion of any calls.
The screen does not seem to automatically refresh, so missed calls are not displayed, unless you regularly refresh the screen, which means you do not quickly respond.
Emergencies have to wait.
The last version was perfect, but is no longer supported, so any probs and you have to upgrade to the new flawed version.
