Great Platform - Bad App
The platform is a must have for hosts but the app is really bad. The last view versions haven’t allowed me (or my wife on her new phone) the ability to see any month beyond the current month.

Really appreciate Host Tools. It’s easy to use and very effective. The customer support is top notch also.
A great PMS system
I have been a host for twelve years and manage about twenty units.
Hosttools has proven easy to use, set up and get up and running. Their support has been great every step of the way. Switching systems can be challenging, they made it easy.
Integration of AI is very helpful when managing many guests at one time and theirs has proven to be very helpful.
Their interface is easy to read and the connection to Airbnb and VRBO are strong.
The App is easy to use for messages and quick calendar checks and updates.
Overall I highly recommend this system and am happy I made the switch.

Doesn’t work with verbo very well

Incredibly basic and buggy
The app looks nothing like the app store screenshots. It is also incredibly basic and buggy. Basic gestures barely work. Almost all the reviews here look fake.
Awesome to put Airbnb on autopilot
Great app that handles messaging and pricing. Makes my life much easier!!
Lower than average performance
Calendar has a lag syncing, which lead to double booking a few times and consequently to loss of revenue and negative reviews.
DO NOT RELY ON THE MESSAGING! Because of syncing lag, I’m forced to use booking platforms messaging, which defeats entire purpose of having Host Tools. Moreover, it showed messages under wrong recipient in the inbox. The issues was corrected when I relogged in though.
I connected Pricelab service and it it looses connection to Hostools weekly.
Looking for alternative PM now… :(

Merely a low fidelity complement to the desktop software
Limited functionality. Clunky user interface.
But, the app is a convenient tool to perform a couple of the most basic functions a host needs when a desktop is not handy and time is of the essence.
The desktop app is more functional and provides tools to consolidate scheduling, pricing, and guest communications.

Raised prices and no email?
They recently raised prices significantly and I see no communication from them about it.

So far I have been using it for 3 days and am really enjoying! Its functional and easy to use! Made my life much easier!!
Simple but Powerful
The app works great, but the web has even more. As the app develops, I’m sure it will get even better. The messaging is super slick, the integration with august locks, and syncing between VRBO and AirBNB just works.

I have never loved a tool so much! I am so impressed with how innovative and capable Host Tools is! This tool does everything it says it does. I love how the communication is set up to seamlessly keep me up to date! I can literally manage everything through Host Tools, it has been an extreme time and stress saver for me, and I am so grateful! YES I RECOMMEND!
