It keeps logging me out of it and now I been locked out of it for 5 days now.

This product is worthless and I wish my company would leave this product and use something else. Picks you out often, frequently does not work, PTO is always messed up and the desktop version often does not recognize your login and password. Good luck if you have to use this product.

I can not access my information. I have tried deleting the app and opening it back but I continue to get the message that I am locked out. Can not access any of my information. This has been over 1week and no type of help from app support

Took the update on 1/16/25 now I cannot login. Get an error “cannot communicate with server”.

Since update every time I press on messages it says no conversation yet….. even though I see the conversation. Also won’t let me press on links sent to me
Problem with pay stubs menu
I hoping this issue will get resolved; a month or so ago when viewing pay stubs in the app it would open up like it should and allow me to see the information, now when I do it just says the pdf downloaded and can’t see anything!! I’d also like to request the ability to make changes if necessary to my banking info for direct deposit. Back in July the facility I work for was bought out by a different company and since the transition with the mobile app we had before to this one is terrible and needs a lot of improvements. Please make this app better to those of us that use it!! There is potential in the app but not there yet.

Not working good app
This app only work when it wants to this app need to work better. I’ve been trying to get onto this app for days and it keeps not loading so something is wrong with this app. Work

Has my account locked… will not even allow me to use one time code to access and online doesn’t have account either…. Frustrating to say the least… How do I get account unlocked?
