Hey! Thanks so much for giving the app a try, and I’m really sorry it’s been frustrating so far. 💔 I’d love to help clear a few things up and also improve where things aren’t working smoothly yet. Episodes unlock when you hit your step goals on consecutive days and get your steak going or walk enough total steps in a day. You can adjust your daily goal (default is 5000 steps) in your profile to better match your pace—it can make it easier to get that first episode going! You’re also right that the friend invite flow isn’t as intuitive as it should be yet. Right now, the person who gets the link needs to paste it into the “Friends” view in the app to complete the connection—even though the link first takes them to the App Store. We’re actively working on making this way smoother. If any features crash or you run into bugs, I’d really appreciate it if you could email me at hello@hotgirlsteps.com.
