The virtual agent is useless
I ask a simple question as how to add a new card for payment but the virtual agent is so useless! It either cannot understand the question or gives error response.
Hotel Changes - average experience score
Parking a car is now charged at $15 on top of accommodation unless you are an Accor member. The room we stayed was outdated unsure of becasue the booking was made via hotels. Some people received special toys, bathrobes slippers toiletries us nothing we had to ask for it. The neighbours V were noisy till 12am, the pillows were uncomfortable. This was our 4th time in the hotel and very disappointing experience. No loyalty to its patrons who stay there rather what room has been booked.

Vendue terrible
We stayed here two nights, both nights fire alarm went off after midnight. We had to get dressed and it was a false alarm. This is not a good place to rest, especially at 500 bucks a night stay away from this hotel.
