Love the new update
I love the new update. Everything is way more polished, and the shift swap seems way easier. Everyone who is hating just needs to get used to it. Also the people saying its hard to look at, it’s literally the same format but more polished??

Please allow new update to allow swipe right and left through shifts when viewing All/Am/Pm. Rather than entering and exiting each calendar day (am/pm) shift. That would be a nice adjustment.
Update is horrible
New update is a complete downgrade. While trying to pickup a shift, it doesnt let you confirm it. Takes you to a page to leave a note for mgmt and no way to move forward. Please fix.

I have been avoiding updating this app bc of all the complaints i’ve heard from my coworkers. for some reason it decided to update by itself and now it’s just so slow, so confusing and just not a great layout there was no need for an upgrade especially bc i had to pay just to get it. i’ve moved over to the website because the layout is better than the app, still not as good as the original app but just seems like a waste of money

Log button was not working
I like the update, but the log button on iPhones wasnt working, which is a must for managers. I fixed it by uninstalling and redownloading the HotSchedules app. I wish the developers would say something about it instead of staying silent when it’s a lot of their recent reviews.

self explanatory. new update is absolutely garbage. released shifts don’t always show, housed shifts don’t always show, harder to navigate. if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. dumb update
Unable to create any log
Since the latest app update, I’m unable to create Daily Logs or Staff Logs through the app. This makes it much more difficult to keep up with important notes, document information in real time, and share necessary updates with the management team.
These are features I use regularly, so losing access to them through the app has made the platform significantly less efficient. I’d really like to see this functionality restored in a future update.

Store logs/Staff journals
After the update, now I can’t submit a new store log or staff journal! Please fix!!!! I’m a manager at my job and we use this on a daily basis and it seems to work just fine with android phones but not on the iPhones!
Stop fixing what isn’t broken
Every time they try to change this app it’s so ugly and hard to use. Please give us back the old style this one SUCKS

Overpriced for what it is
My first complaint is that this costs my employees money to view their schedules. I know they can use a browser but the site is not mobile friendly. Beyond that, it’s riddled with bugs ALL of the time. Now we have a new big update and it is just bug city. I cannot leave notes on the store logs or employee journal. Half of the time the app won’t even load any content at all. I don’t think I am the only one who would prefer functionality over a new shade of blue in the theme. It also is confusing my employees with multiple job codes because only one job code/location opens when they look at their schedule on a browser so they are not seeing all of their shifts.
