There’s like 3 places to order from???
Is there something wrong with the app or something? there’s only half the options the town actually has to offer and 80% of them are unavailable???
not worth it
the app dose not update on your order. stuff arrives over an hour late. honestly faster to go to the restaurant yourself! very disappointed. the contact email and “help” section in the app don’t work. useless.

I suspect they pump up the prices on the app to pocket more money ( example burger is $5 in store but on app it says $6 so they can pocket the dollar when u order) this is extremely unethical and dishonest!
They need to update thier app more often and have honest prices. A simple delivery fee and taxes is best for consumers!
They also forget items regularly.
Other than that it is functional, they deliver reasonably on time. Until a better options comes along or they improve pricing and app functionality this is the most affordable delivery service in the area. 2.5 stars

I think hotshot is great they are fast friendly and efficient service it's much better than some of those other services that are out there is. I like it because When you order they come right away, ì don't have to wait hours or sometimes the next day like I do with other delivery services!! thx hotshot.

Better but needs better communication
The only issue I have with this app is that drivers never reads the delivery instructions which defeats the purpose and can cause a very negative experience for everyone.

This is honestly probably the worst app I’ve ever used. With no options to customize anything. The previous app was better.
Please update to include hours
Waaaay nicer set up then the last app but please change it so it shows hours of operation for businesses. I go to order from a restaurant I know is open but your app shows it is closed. Thank you!

Hi Tyanna, Thank you so much for your support. Restaurants can choose to turn of the Hotshot tablet if they are busy or not ready to take delivery orders. Even if our hours says open and the restaurant close their tablet off, then the user app will say its closed. Sorry about that.
