Auto buy works so well!
I was able to get TES Oblivion for switch 2 during difficult stock. I really enjoyed how easy it was !
Doesn’t notify anymore
I don’t know if they need to update the links of some products but I never get any notifications from this app anymore
First Time Success
I was sick of staring at out of stock listings for Elder Scrolls Oblivion for Switch 2 two and a half weeks after release.
I was searching for a way to monitor online stock and I found HotStock.
Never used something like this before, but I subscribed for $10/month to use an “auto buy” feature (cancelled immediately to avoid renewal).
And while I slept last night, within the span of 60 seconds, it bought a copy from Best Buy for in-store pickup. I never would have stood a chance otherwise. LESS THAN 24 HOURS. Perhaps beginners luck, or I just happened to preempt a restock, but I was asleep. I don’t know how to work bots. And I got it.
$75 for a game and the auto buy subscription for a new release I’ve been unable to find anywhere is worth it to me.
AS I WAS TYPING THIS, Best Buy restocked for less than a minute. HotStock notified me.
Tried checking out manually, since it’s next day shipping vs. pickup in a week and a half.
Out of stock before I even got to the payment screen.
HotStock was on top of it. Highly recommend.

I ordered my canon camera from B&H on 7/30 for back order. But I wanted my camera for my bday. I downloaded HotStock and upgraded to premium. I was able to secure my camera after 1-2 weeks of having the app! The alerts come to you and direct you directly to the site to purchase! Excellent experience

Autobuy is extremely glitchy
Autobuy didn’t work and always threw an error out of stock alert for me. I had my accounts set up but no chance I was gonna get the g7x

A hidden gem!
If you are someone who enjoys collecting physical media especially steelbooks and rare games, this is the best app. So far I’ve acquired three rare games on my list and I couldn’t have done it without hot stock . Super simply and easy to use especially if auto scalpers keep beating you to checkout on items you actually want for yourself not for resale.

Awesome app that works!
I rarely leave any reviews on anything, but felt that I needed to leave one because thanks to this app. I managed to act fast and pre-order a copy of the elder scrolls oblivion for the switch 2. If it weren’t for HotStock, I would’ve not secured a copy and a very grateful for something like this to exist. Definitely would recommend this if you’re in the lookout for something that is hard to find and get notified!

Autobuy review!
This app is great if you’re really committed to getting a certain product. After a week of autobuy ($10/month), keeping my phone unlocked and charged, it worked! The autobuy feature is a little confusing where sometimes it will look like it’s trying to buy and then give you no indication of why it wasn’t able to. Be patient and let it keep trying. I got my item through Best Buy, set up my credit card and address in the Best Buy app, and the HotStock autobuy popped up asking for my CVV one time.

This app is amazing. I was trying to get a canon g7x for a month before subscribing to autobuy. Within 24 hours of subscribing I was able to snag one!
Helped Me Beat the Bots
I was a little late to buy a special edition of a game and it was sold out everywhere due to bots ans scalpers. This app helped me beat them at thier own game and once the app alerted me I was able to buy it.
There were a few times I was too slow so don’t get discouraged if you miss it a couple times! Things tend to sell out a minute or less after they restock so make sure you are signed in for best results!!

SO HELPFUL!
I had been waiting literal years to buy a certain camera (I’m sure you know the one). Downloaded this app, paid the $10 subscription fee, and had the camera in my hands in just over a month. If you’re on the fence about downloading and paying the fee, don’t be. It’s absolutely worth it!

Broken App - Can’t Even Search Without Paying
The app no longer works. It forces you to pay for the premium upgrade just to use the search feature.
I used the app for months to find products and set up alerts and I was loving it. Previously it would allow you to search for products and set up an alert for one product on the free version. Now you can’t even search for products without paying to upgrade to premium.
I’m not sure if this was my design or if it’s a mistake, but the app is no longer without paying for a subscription.

App not working
I can’t use the app at all, It keeps wanting me to pay a monthly fee. I can’t search for anything etc.

I used HotStock in attempting to buy an MSI Claw 8 EX Ai+ that’s been sold out everywhere since the launch date. 4 days in I got the notification and was able to buy one through B&H Photo Video. Thanks HotStock, easy win!
Waste of money or a scam
I got the upgraded version for the past month and the result page of in stock merchandise hasn’t change a single bit despite there having been numerous restocks of products. This app hasn’t notified or noted a single one. It still doesn’t show a single change since I uploaded it.
