Resort cleaning’s new app
Resort cleaning has put out this brand new app for us. I have found this brand new app to be way easier way more convenient as an owner of a cleaning company to navigate through two taking care of my cleaners with. It has made bookkeeping a whole lot simpler for me with the app it just shows you what your properties are already making you dollar wise from last year to this year my accountant loves this.
All of my owners have just said how great this app is they were hesitant at first when the change came in, but to be honest, so was I. The owners like the fact that they can do it from your phone they don’t have to be at a computer, they can see what’s going on without having to sit down here at a desk to look at it.

And a second best thing about ResortCleaning is the staff there is absolutely amazing. They can fix anything that I’m a do that’s wrong they can make it right. They’re always there to help you.

Upload speeds
Please, please, please update the upload speed for photos. The app constantly freezes and we have to restart and lose everything taken on that property. Photos are necessary for reporting from our team to process their payroll. It’s wreaked havoc on our daily practices and weekly payroll protocols. Help!

Terrible working app
Every other day I have to delete and download app because I can not log in .. Having problems major problems with the login! I have not forgotten my login ID, problem problem problem

This app allows us to see the progress on a cleaning appointment for a short term rental as well as if laundry and restocking.
Biggest issue: if the app is not forced closed the user gets logged off, and login is not possible again until the app is forced closed and reopened.

I thought that everything went well on my first day, everyone was nice, super friendly, & super helpful.. My inspector Elizabeth is awesome & she was a huge help today. Thank you Elizabeth you rock!!!

ORGANIZING - Saving Time and Money ..
Housekeeping and Laundry are central to my Short Term Rental Success on Airbnb and this app is organizing critical factors of my business which saves me time and money. The Airbnb iCal Integration is seamless and there’s a record of all completed cleans and inspections allowing early guest check ins... which guests love. Two thumbs Up!!

Doesn’t work
Waste of space on my phone... doesn’t allow me to log in. Such a waste of time
Horrible and useless
App doesn’t work. Allows me to log in with same credentials as on my laptop, but none of the drop down menus work - and most have no data nor screens even displayed. Don’t waste your time installing this
