On demand almost perfect
I have used On Demand for nearly 9 months. It works almost flawlessly. However, there are two glaring problems. The first is that it does not show the number of tickets or dollar amount. I have available on my account anymore like it used to. The second is that I needed to change my debit card once again and it would not allow me to delete previous debit cards from my wallet
that were no longer functioning. I had to go to the website in order to remove the credit card. It would be nice to be able to do that from the app in the event that a client does not actually have a computer. Otherwise, certain places in the app could get cluttered. I use VoiceOver on my phone and jaws on my computer. I am happy to declare that the landing page that is sometimes present now has a close button so that I can clear it and carry on with making my reservations or checking my rides.

downtown - super convenient
working in downtown this service makes it convenient when the regular bus service can be delayed>not timely. drivers are nice friendly - my recent driver Kelly was a doll.
I have places to be
Okay now I won’t lie this really good service however there app is irritating because it keeps kicking me out and canceling all my rides now I do get a refund however because it keeps kicking me out I have a limit on how many rides I can book like what thats overly weird because as a student rider who values being on time it’s starting to a real inconvenience

I became a client about 3 months ago. I am grateful for the service. I am not able to drive due to severe medical conditions. This service is my only mode of transportation to doctors appts. 97% of the drivers are super kind, compassionate, and professional. I appreciate their demeanor in such an emotional driven world😉. The application is definitely very simple to understand and use.
Can’t even register for an account in this app. Useless
What is the point of this app if it doesn’t allow one to actually register for an account? I have tried two different phone numbers, entered multiple ways, and it keeps telling me the phone number is invalid. There is no instruction on what format the phone number should be in. This app is utterly useless.

Not hard to use.
In the beginning it was very difficult to understand and use, now it’s a little easier to. The only problem is you can’t set medical trips on hold or set appointment times. You still need to call those in.
Has some issues with voiceover
The clock mode input for ride times is not accessible with Voiceover. The text input mode will work but seems more time consuming. It would be nice to have an alert pup up on notifications when the ride is 5 minutes away. It would also be nice to be able to look through past trips and re-book them with the same time parameters.

Disappointing
Macs web was a great app and was working fine it showed us who who's picking us up hour on Metrolift. It allows us to create trip trips and save them. But this new app malfunctions and canceled our trips it is almost impossible to create trips on it every time I save a trip that I made From Metrolift it takes me to the regular city bus and tells me how to walk to the nearest, keep in mind I'm in a wheelchair and I do not take the regular city bus as my wheelchair does not fit. Horrible app lots of quirks cancels rides doesn't give information about your driver until the last 10 minutes Upon arrival. Impossible to save trips impossible to call the reservations line because calls. Useless app in my very humble opinion please fix it and make it easier with clear buttons not buttons that look like pen tips

Metrolift
How does this work with people who have Curb 2 Curb?? I keep seeing it with buses and trains but, nothing to do with the cars and now I’m confused. Can someone please help me??
