Das Gerät lässt sich mit der App zwar verbinden aber egal, was man in der App einstellt, es wird vom Gerät nicht übernommen. Stelle ich die Geschwindigkeit auf 6 km/h fährt das Gerät trotzdem 20 km/h. Zu gefährlich für ein 5 jährigen. Somit ist die App sinnlos!
App Won’t Work
Got this hoverboard and app for my kids. Now we cannot change the speed settings. It keeps defaulting back to a slower speed. Please advise how to fix this or the board will be junk. I see other reviews with the same problem so its clearly a known about issue. Tried to contact the company but they say it’s out of warranty. It’s clearly an issue with the app though.

Can’t change settings
Hi can anyone say they have connected the board to the app and successfully changed the settings? I can connect to app and Bluetooth to play music. I can turn the board off using the app and see how fast it is going but can’t change settings it just keeps going back to setting it was on? Terrible app. Any other apps found that work?

Useless app
I can connect the hoverboard fine, we have two and both connnect without issue.
However all the settings just re-set back to default: So you try and increase the speed from 4mph to 12 and it just defaults back to 4mph.
It renders the boards useless because they will hardly go anywhere and there is nothing you can do.

Tipp
First failed to connect too when opening the app. The point is, FIRST you need to connect in your SMARTPHONE Bluetooth settings, THEN open the App and connect there again with code 000000.
Password is 000000
For anyone who doesn’t know how to connect to the device using the app click the Bluetooth symbol in the top left select hoverboard I and then put in the password of 6, 0s
I fell off it doesn’t work anymore I tried recalibrating it it still didn’t work
