This app has been developed for staff working in NHS Trusts across Gloucestershire and Somerset. Colleague health and wellbeing is an important consideration both in terms of their own health and organisational indicators, but this also impacts patient care. This app will help individuals to look after their own psychological wellbeing as well as their colleagues', and help to improve their organisation too.
