Doesn’t work

It always fails and says “incorrect username or password” which is definitely wrong. I know that because I have the unsupported HIKVISION version which is almost identical to this app.

Garbage does not work!

App does not work for iPad this needs to be fixed why getting these camaras and accessories if the app does not work please do not buy ! Waste of money I don’t recommend at all !!!

Login to hikconnect does not work

The password is correct, but the app says password wrong. Remove the login option if it no longer works! I lost a lot of time trying to log in.

Does not connect to NVR

Adding NVR via IP/Domain will not connect. The application errors out with incorrect username password. The password is right, I have verified many times. The app is broken.
