I've spent years booking hotels on American owned sites, knowing well that they move their profits off shore and put little or nothing back into European countries. So it's great to use a proper EU company for hotel booking
Bit of an underdog but outperforms
Hrs used to be the market leader and first mover, but rather than winner takes it all, it has slowly drifted downhill and became a somewhat provincial app. That is not quite justified as you can find great bargains for rooms, not only in Germany but also the usa etc…. Keeps changing my date of birth to wrong day.
Terrible app
For some reason it keeps sending me notifications in German. I’ve no idea why and I see no way to switch this off so I have deleted the app.

Hrs ios app crashes when displaying results in map
Using HRS app on iphone and it crashes when i click on map after displaying search results in the list.
my booking not showing up
i have a cool formed booking for a few days for now although the app is not showing it and i cannot add it as there is no provision for that
This app is not really usable
This is corporate specific app just switched, no idea why they discontinued hotel.info which worked well.
The search result is incomplete some times there are even no corporate rate hotels and we know there are.

Use it for Hotels in Germany
If have booked with hrs for many years and it always worked great.

This app works very well for me. I book all my hotel needs through this app. It let me choose the amount of rooms I need and book them all at once.
Worked great
I had this app built into Mercedes Benz Apps and I'm glad to find out they have an iPhone version too. Much easier to use than the one in the car.

Sehr gelungene App!
Hier hat der Hersteller sich Zeit für Usability genommen und das spürt man durch die gesamte App.
Einfache Handhabung und Übersichtlichkeit der Funktionen werden durch eine umfassende Suche abgerundet.
Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge meinerseits:
- Login zu MyHRS auf die Startseite verlegen
- die einfache Suche um 1-2 Punkte wie Preis und Distanz ergänzen und
- Deals nach Location und bisherigen Suchen vorsortieren
Alles in allem ist diese App allerdings schon jetzt sehr gelungen!
