App is good but needs more recognition
App is fine but whenever I try to make an online purchase and check out by UPI, SimplyPay doesn’t show up as an option. Nowadays the websites are not allowing us to even put in a UPI ID to trigger payments. This needs to be addressed please

1. Poor User Experience• This application has proven to be the worst I have ever used due to repeated restrictions and limitations.
2. Usage After a Gap• Whenever I attempt to use the app after a few days, or even after two weeks, the same issue arises.
3. Transaction Limitation in First 24 Hours• The application consistently displays a notification stating that money transfers cannot exceed ₹5,000 within the first 24 hours.
4. Restriction Over 72 Hours• Furthermore, within a 72‑hour period, the app restricts transactions to a maximum of ₹15,000 only.
5. Overall Impact• These limitations make the app highly inconvenient and unsuitable for regular financial transactions.

Best app but interface is slow
With the offers and promotions this is the best UPI payment app on the market. The areas where the app lack are -
1. On the interface response time- it takes a while to load the app, also the network optimisation is not quick also while making the payment the beneficiary details post QR scan is a bit slow.
2. There should be zoom feature integration with the camera to lookup the QR codes which are bit far from us.
Please note - That being said let’s not take away the ease of transaction and rewards which HSBC is providing. Still one of the best app. A humble request to the team to improve in the interface interactive response time.

Scope of Improvement is there
I really like the app because of the cash backs but please make the app faster it takes time to load and make the interface more appealing to the eyes it looks like we are using some lite version of the application.
If possible please provide cash back on rupay credit UPI payments also.
