Needs improvement

The HSBC app is most basic one in the market it does basic things then don’t have imps facility neither RTGS Only NEFT that too takes its sweet time they need to invest more in the mobile app look at the Kotak and HDFC mobile app for that matter SBI mobile app has much more features than HSBC, I can understand that you operate on few location and has limited consumers and has a targeting level but that doesn’t give you right to create such a basic app

Service unavailable

The app has stopped working since June 2026 and keeps showing error service unavailable. Worst banking app support ever. I’m considering moving to a different bank as this is causing severe issues with my day to day functioning.

Like many other customers I am also facing issues with HSBC India app. Every time you login you get a message service unavailable. App is all updated and latest bug issues fixed as per the message. It has been 10 days already like this
