Product quality good. Customer service poor!
Most of the products I have purchased over the years have been good. Unfortunately I have falsely seen claims from them on my credit report! I have also had hundreds of dollars of charges from them on my credit card! You cannot communicate with customer service in writing via email, yet they send emails to you that go to spam and cannot be replied to! Bad business practices! I haven’t ordered anything in almost 2 years yet I have ongoing charges from

Order duplication
I am highly disappointed in HSN. I placed an order yesterday that was on five flex pay, and it duplicated the order charging me twice as well as placing an order for the same items so the order that was processing I did not touch but the other order allowed me to cancel so I did cancel however, when I went in today to view it, it had canceled the order that was processing as well. I was told to call customer service and they could’ve helped me place the order and give me the five flexspace however, when I did this, I was told that I could only get the flex pay that were available and it would be sent to the flex pay department to extend the flex pace, however that was not going to work because one of the items I was purchasing was now asking me to pay in full. I would have had to put out twice as much money than I would have yesterday on the five flex Payne. Apparently their system is so jacked up that they can’t fix the flex pays. I am so disgusted that I may not even purchase anything else from HSN until they get a better system.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS NEGLECTED
I have called and manually have my shipping address changed, but HSN reverted back to my former address and shipped it there. The package is missing and I never received it. I will not be shopping with HSN any longer.
