I purchased 3 rings in late 2024. The rings stopped charging. I’ve tried to contact the company numerous times but never a reply. I also feel that since I purchased them through HSN , I should be given some support by HSN. You guys don’t even give an option for that. Not good.

Zero QUALITY CONTROL AT HSN
I ordered 2 glass pumpkin decor- They arrive- boxes were both intact and with no damage. I open one and the styrofoam top has a hole and the stem is broken off and in the box see other review. Thinking it must have broke during shipping- although the boxes look fine. I opened the second one (taller one) and styrofoam is like snow inside the box - appears maybe it didn’t break since I see the stem on top. I took it out of the box and it’s been GLUED BACK TOGETHER and whoever did it did a horrible job. It’s broken and re-glued at the top stem and all cracks are obvious with dried glue (see photos in reviews if they post them - it won’t allow my list for some reason) I am beyond angry and can’t believe HSN would even ship this- it was obviously damaged prior to shipping since it’s doubtful the shipping company would take this kind of time to “fix” someone’s purchase. Unbelievable- beyond disappointed in HSN. They should be embarrassed of their quality control team … if they even have one, at this point I’d say they do not. Then as I try to post reviews there are “problems with submission”. We will see if they actually put them up or not. So, I’ll try here instead.

I love just about all brands. I order fashion,household items,so many things. I hardly ever send anything back. I like the free shipping available at times.
But, as far as scents and perfumes, you should either send good customers samples and give more perks to good customers who don’t necessarily have hsn cards.

Nice merchandise
I ordered the bicycle planter for a friend’s gift. After she sent me a picture, I just had to order the same one for myself. It is so adorable and well made. Easy to assemble. Also ordered a bag of Ice melt for our upcoming winter. Great price and cheaper than local store I am glad I found HSN online.
