Never works when u need it to/ customer service is non-existent
The size of this is the only thing it has going for it. Barely anyone else uses this, so you don’t have a good network to pickup on your pet’s location if it goes missing. If there is any cinderblock between you and your pet, the cinderblock will block the signal. Also, if you reach out to customer service, they will NEVER get back to you, even if you reach out more than once. I ended up switching to the airtag. Even tho it is bigger, it is so much more reliable than Huan.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
These tags worked great for a couple years but now the app doesn’t work. Before it completely crashed all four of my tags couldn’t be detected. I don’t understand how the tags just stopped working. I’ve read the other reviews and it seems to be happening to everyone. If the business was going under at least have the decency to inform your customers. Who knows how long my tags weren’t working. The app didn’t even notify me that the tags couldn’t be detected. I logged in to the app and noticed. What if my dogs went missing? I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money on their products, I mean come on $20 for a tiny rubber sleeve cover? Just to throw everything out now and try to find another company. I messaged the company several times before the app quit working and never got a response. How many dogs went missing and weren’t found because your product no longer worked? This is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed for running your business like this.
Now I’m left to spend more unnecessary money on all new products.

Poor app poor customer support
Got a tag for my dog, worked for a little while with some glitches here and there. Then it suddenly stopped, gave an indication it needed to be replaced and that there was an error. I attempted to fix this error, and was sent into a never ending loop that didn’t allow me to reset my password, get into the app, or contact support. I tried to find support’s contact, but couldn’t, sent a cold email and never heard back. Pretty awful experience for an app that is supposed to be reliable for pet tracking.

App doesn’t work
It used to work when I bought the tags a couple years ago but now the app doesn’t work at all. All my information got deleted and it wouldn’t let me add a new pet or sync a tag. I waited a couple weeks to see if issue would improve on its own but now it won’t login at all, can’t reset my password, and it won’t even let me create a new account. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but didn’t fix the issue.

Was great, until they bailed
I loved these tags for finding my little kitties who like to hang out in my backyard. I liked the crowdsourcing idea and helping other owners through the app. Up until two months ago it was great until they abruptly stopped supporting the app. My account was deleted and is not able to be updated. Multiple attempts to contact the company were ignored. I went to their website and there is no mention of tags and they are only selling air tag holders now. A little heads up would’ve been nice. I just want my pets to be safe!

Great product but no customer support
I’ve had these tags for a long time and have a lot of them. The app hasn’t been working for a month or more on apples or androids. I have had no responses from the multiple times I’ve contacted the company. It appears they’ve switched to seeking only AirTag sleeves but what about those that still have the original trackers? I’ve spent a lot of $$ on these tags with them to stop working is extremely frustrating, especially without any response from the company. Precious to this, the trackers and system were amazing.

Room for improvement
I’ve had the Huan tag for a year. Although all location services and notifications are enabled on my phone, I never receive notifications from the app indicating what the battery needs to be changed or when my pet’s tag is no longer detectable. It would be helpful to have a more detailed FAQ page on their website along with a chat feature to connect with a support team. Also, you can’t access any sort of “help” page from their app without logging in through an internet browser. Seems excessive since you’re already logged in if you are accessing the app.

Stopped working/ no notice
Without being notified it appears they have shut off the app! All my pets information has disappeared from the app, as well as my information. I Have tried contacting for support. No one answers. It appears they have shut it down! I have invested in four trackers for my pets! A waste of money now. I wish I had been given warning so I could have had the time to do something else. My cat got out and I had difficulty finding him.

Broken
For the past 3 days every time I’ve logged onto the app, it says “pet protection disabled” meaning it’s not showing where my cats are. I’ve called a number I found for them, but I get a message that it’s busy. I’ve tried doing a chat and an email with no response to either. Extremely frustrating.
Very mediocre would not recommend
The app is constantly logging me out and I can’t log in for hours or days. Customer service is non existent I’ve tried contacting them. I can never see my dog when he’s away from me even though I live in a big city and should be able to. And it’s definitely not water proof. I’ll be buying another brand soon.

Great product, but short battery life.
Love the product, gps sensitivity perfect. My only complaint are the life of the batteries, seems I’m changing them often.
Disappointed
The battery drains so quickly and I don’t get any alert that it’s dead or dying. I don’t know until I open the app and it tells me it hasn’t seen my cat in two weeks. It’s basically useless unless I check the app multiple times a day to make sure she’s still detectable. I tried contacting Huan but got no response.

Still on the fence
The tag worked great the first month. However, since then, it hasn’t picked up my dog. No response from an email to the company yet. I changed the battery hoping that would solve the problem. It didn’t.

Great app, works nicely, except…
Unable to add a an emergency contact, no response when I tried to ask about this. I hope this gets fixed. Otherwise, excellent concept.

I wanted to know my pet would be safer if he wandered off, by having a device like this. Every time I open the App I am not recognized. My info gone. I am so glad I have not needed this in an emergency! 100% false sense of security! In the market for something that actually works…oh, I have tried new batteries. It worked, for a day. If you use this, put in a new battery every time your pet goes out, and pray they come back that day, otherwise, the Huan will have no idea who you or your pet are. Waste of money.

feel so much better knowing my baby is safe. just got it and can’t even explain how much relief comes to mind knowing that not only will I be able to see if my girl gets out, but also knowing that if she does people near by can also see she’s gonna missing and keep an eye out!
Great, wish it was better
I was looking for my cat outdoor, and the App indicated she was right on top of me. I was about to write a bad review when I found out my cat was stalking me. Wish it has a bigger range.
I like it but….
It is really hard on battery life. I don’t talk on my phone much & use my laptop for Facebook, etc but I still have to charge my phone everyday. If I change permissions to only allow location when I’m using the app it won’t locate them at all. We need a happy medium where it can locate my dogs when needed but not kill my phone battery as much.

Erased my dog’s info
The app made me recreate a profile and it no longer had my 3 dogs’ info, and will not let me re-add them. It says pet protection is disabled but won’t let me enable it. Luckily my dogs aren’t lost but if they got out and I was trying to use the app and found it like this I would be so upset. What a waste of money if it’s not going to work.

Huan Pet Tracker not reliable
I did not have success with either one of the two units I purchased. The tracking information never pinpointed my pets’ location and actually showed them where they were NOT located. Maybe it works for others but not me. I’ll just try something else.
