Latest 16..xx.315 sleep monitoring is completely off
I've been using this watch now for close to 2 1/2 years, and after the last update, I can't access any of my old information prior to the update so all that data seems to be lost but more importantly it's completely off on deep sleep. I consistently get two hours a night and now it won't report more than 56 Minutes my other wearable is still showing the two hours, from another brand. So between losing all my historic data and sleep function, not working anymore, an update would be nice.

Не работает
Не подключается к часам. Скан кьюара ничего не дает, телефон часы не видит. С левыми приложухами таких проблем нет. Вроде АйТи гигант, а приложение не могете сделать нормально

华为体重秤改版之后很难用
以前有跨时间显示指标的折线图 简洁明了 有体重改变的时候也很有成就感。现在的界面只剩下一些数字 对比体重变化也非常的不明显。我当初特地买华为就是为了这个直观的曲线变化，现在真的太一言难尽了 想要换称了

I have a problem
The Huawei app is working great on the android phone, however when I downloaded it on my iPhone many features are missing. Watch faces is one of these features, so I can’t control adding more wallpapers or selecting pictures from my phone.

Pay waive wallet
It does not allow to use pay with app wallet in NZ as no option is available. Also third party applications are very few from the app to select. Huawei GT 6 pro

Полнейший бред: я раньше не замечал, а сейчас это трудно не заметить: я проходил с телефоном и часами одинаковое расстояние, примерно 15т шагов: задолбало когда из этого он посчитал среднюю арифметическую 22т шагов, зачем? Я же всё время с часами, уберите эту тупую функцию, она бесполезная, да и человек в итоге может запутаться!

can’t recover account
Absolutely ridiculous account recovery process. Even after verifying that it's my phone number with the OTP, they still demand an excessive amount of information—including the device ID. What is the point of verifying my phone number if you're just going to keep asking for more?
I already provided the OTP sent to my phone and my birthday, which should be more than enough to establish my identity. If I'm recovering my account because I forgot my password, then it's completely reasonable that I might not remember exactly when I created the account either.
And to make things worse, I switched to a new phone. How am I supposed to provide the serial number or device ID from a device I no longer have? Be reasonable. Your recovery process shouldn't require information that many legitimate users simply won't have access to. It's unnecessarily frustrating and defeats the purpose of account recovery.

Нет графика расхода калорий
В подсчёте калорий нельзя посмотреть отчёт о расходе и наборе ккал за прошлую неделю месяц и т.д. Все настолько плохо что отчёт за текущую неделю отображается с понедельника. То есть если захочешь в понедельник посмотреть результат за неделю а сейчас понедельник то ты ничего кроме понедельника не увидишь

This app needs an update to install watch faces in order to change for custom faces and online software faces. This is a feature in the android app but not the iPhone App Store, please add soon. Other than that, I’ve had an amazing experience with my HUAWEI Band 10
Huawei app
I bought my watch overseas in Vietnam, everything worked fine and the app was always compatible with my iPhone. I stopped using my watch a couple times ,and everytime I added the device back it would work perfectly fine. Recently I decided to give my watch a try again after not using it, I went on the app and tried connecting it but it simply did not work.I tried adding my account back, but I had to go through a repeated process due to my phone being an iPhone. It simply did not let me log in and when I tried to register back it would say something about already having an account.When I provide the given evidence it says this device is not used often like they would know how much I use my phone? I’m extremely frustrated and this is just not ok.

Неадекватное приложение. Да и не было им никогда. Показывает непонятное. Техпода нет от члова слова совсем. Продали и делайте че хотите с этой п@р@шей.

اذا ابي ادخل واسجل مرات شرب الماء مايستجيب ابدا مهما ضغطت ومرات تصدف انه يدخل بس الاغلب لا ، اتمنى تنحل المشكلة عشان اتابع شرب الماء
