Nice App for rewards and gift cards

I have been using this app since 5 years , they provide decent discounts and gift cards on most of the apps . Once I was facing trouble using gift card and Hubble customer care helped me and got my refund on the unused cards. They were very humble and helpful throughout the process.

Genuine and Easy to use

I have been using Hubble for an year almost. I got to know about this from Instagram finance influencer Chandralekha. I got curious and installed the app. I use it for Zomato and Blinkit for now. I’ll explore other options too. Their support team is extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend everyone to use this app

"Unresolved Gift Card Voucher Issue: 12 Days with No Resolution"

"On May 25th, I purchased a gift card voucher worth ₹1750. When I redeemed the card, ₹750 was added to my wallet, but when I tried to redeem the remaining ₹1000, it showed as invalid. I contacted customer service, and they told me it would take 2-3 days to resolve the issue. However, it has now been 12 days, and my issue remains unresolved. I want my ₹1000 refunded." Discounts reduced month by month

They got superb easy to use interface and has good umbrella of companies on which they offer gift cards. However, the discount offerings has come down considerably. (10% for Swiggy almost 4 months back to 7% and and then 5% within 1-2 months and now came down from 4% to now 3% within a span of 2 months or so).
I prefer the platform which are consistent on their offerings instead of changing it every now and then so I don’t have to scout multiple platforms.

Hi Team,

I’m not able to update my name in the app, it shows a blank name actually. When I registered for the first time today, I closed the app by mistake, so I couldn’t enter name at that time. Another bug is I didn’t receive OTP in my mail ID. Do we have any particular timings for receiving OTP’s or the service is on 24*7? Please respond to these queries of mine. One more last query is, I could see instant discounts when purchasing a coupon from my friend’s phone, but from my device it only shows that I will earn coins post the transaction which I can use later for the next transaction. Does this behave this way coz of my pending email verification?

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

What kind of stupid app is this. I registered for the app. As soon as i logged i got a popup saying i can get an additional 1% discount on first purchase.
Upon clicking ok, i was asked to login again. When i entered my number i got an error saying my account is temporarily blocked and i should contact customer support!!

I didn’t use the app for a total of 1 minute. What the hell did i do to get my account blocked!!

Highly Recommended

I've been using Hubble from couple of months and to be honest my experience with the Support team and overall UI is fabulous.

Although there is a slight issue I faced maybe it's depending on the availability and issues is that when first joined humble it was showing around 7% discount on Zomato gift cards and as soon as I have made one or two transition, it literally dropped to 4% now.

BEWARE! Customer Support is Incapable of resolution

I started using Hubble a month back seeing good reviews. Purchased a MyGlamm voucher on the same day that I wanted to redeem it for myself. Now due to some glitch the voucher is showing as redeemed on MyGlamm.
I reached out to Hubble for support, their resolution was closing the query after 6 days of followup, details below:

I provided screenshots of my profile order page on the MyGlamm app & even asked Hubble to request which account redeemed my coupon if not my own, within 10mins of purchasing it from Hubble ?
Response from Hubble “ Received an update from the brand:
Kindly note the mentioned gift card is fully redeemed under MyGlamm-Corporate outlet and holds zero balance.”
The above message was followed by closure of the concern raised.

I’m glad I got an eye opening early on. Beware guys, NOT SAFE AT ALL If this is the kind of resolution provided.
I deleted the app immediately as I, for sure cannot place my trust with this kind of support and thought best to warn other users.

Misleading promotions

I recently tried hubble’s reward plan that promises enticing rewards on deposits, with the option to redeem them through brand vouchers. However, the experience was far from rewarding. The brand permits only 5% of the rewards to be used, leaving a substantial amount of rewards money perpetually out of reach. This effectively creates a loss for the depositor. It feels like a misleading scheme, where the lure of rewards is a facade for an underlying flawed system. I wouldn't recommend it.

Please note that the % discounts vary from brand to brand, and on certain brands like Amazon & Flipkart, 5% of rewards can be utilized on the previous version of Hubble i.e. the Rewards Plan. For all the other brands, you can use up to 10% of your rewards. Hope this helps!

Highly recommend and safe to use!

I purchased a MMT Hotel gift card from Hubble which I was unable to redeem at the time of my hotel booking. A couple of days passed and MMT staff was unable to figure out the issue so I reached out to Hubble team via the help & support section in app. Hubble folks have been very helpful and responsive in resolving the issue for me. Highly recommend using Hubble for some extra discounts if you’re a regular traveler/shopper like me :)

Smooth app with great discounts

The UI and UX of the app is pretty smooth and the discounts they give are better than anywhere else.

I just take a quick glance into the app to see if there’s any discount before making any online / offline purchase.

Worst app. Dont add money

This app is the worst app for money spending. I put my money 10 months back hoping that i will get some rewards and money but after 5 months they stopped the plan and all my money was stuck then they told we have hubble 2.0 version and you can put money there. Then after spending money for 5 months my plan got completed. I tried to pull my money into bank and rewards with vouchers but then they told you can only push all of the money into bank and relapse your rewards or push all your money into rewards and forget about your bank balance. This app is worse, i will suggest put money in some FD or SIP of bank and you will get much better results and cash!!

It's a spending app where the rewards are co-funded by brands for your purchases with them. You can withdraw your deposits anytime, but rewards can only be redeemed along with your deposits on brands cards and not to your bank account. Hubble lets you save extra on your shopping by offering up to 10% instant discounts across 50+ top brands, which you can use over and above brand discounts or offer to save more. Hope this helps!

Great concept!

Its a lovely experience of having a savings plan which is so rewarding. More so, its the sense of excitement and fulfilment (unlike other regular plans in the market) of contributing to the goal and see your money grow bit by bit. Awesome user experience.

I am planning to buy an ipad and was simply thinking of putting some money in Mutual Funds.
