Hubmee is a legitimate platform, and we’re reviewing internally why your earlier messages were not addressed promptly. To do that, we’ll need the information you used when registering on the platform so we can locate your account and understand what happened. For clarity, both the app and the web version include a self-service cancellation option under Settings → My Subscription, which stops all future charges immediately. We want to make this right for you including refunding your recent subscription charges once we verify your account.
