Worthless App
App is pure garbage. Signed me out, canât sign back in. Same credentials work on their website to check rewards but doesnât work in the app anymore. Attempting to change your password through the âForgot Passwordâ link is pointless, as it doesnât even send an email to update the password like it should. Canât even order through the app, as it tells me âYou have exceeded the maximum number of requests for this resource. Please try again later.â What the hell does that even mean?! I tapped on âOrder Nowâ and thatâs the prompt I receive? HuHot should fire the app developer and find someone much more competent, because this app is hot garbage.

HuHot is the Best!
I can hardly go a week without ordering from HuHot. I get hungry for it and the restaurant just calls my name! I tend to order the takeout because I love the leftovers! It is so good! So if you want some good food, give HuHot a try. You wonât be disappointed!

The app is terrible
I have rewards that I can see at the home page but when I go to check out it says I donât have any rewards???
The app barely works
Sometimes I canât order for pickup, just cause. Most of the time, it wonât accept my card type, the same card thatâs accepted in stores.
Update of my profile not possible
I downloaded the program two times. Each time in my profile update I was able to do all the lines, but the birthday line would not allow keyboard to open to update.

Food is good but app is worthless. Donât bother..
Doesnât work
You canât place an order, canât use rewards this app is useless anytime I try to do anything besides add food to my cart it says I need to log in again which I go to do yet Iâm already logged in.

I like HuHot but you can never order food online because the app can never reach the store to complete your order.
Great food; app slightly clunky
First discovered HuHot in Missoula; the Coeur dâAlene location is our home base, but love the food. App is good, but not as feature rich or smooth as some other restaurants in the area. The âorder nowâ option doesnât always find the CDA location by zip code..
No responsibility for refunds
When you use this app and order neither the restaurant nor DoorDash will accept responsibility for messed up orders. Basically they both blame each other and you donât get food OR a refund. Has happened to me 3 different times now. After a 2.5 hour wait and 30 minutes on the call to get the food, itâs now old and we still have to pay⌠Garbage experience on every level.

The app crashes almost immediately since I upgraded my iPhone 13 pro to iOS 15. I uninstalled and reinstalled. The splash screen shows up and the app closes.
Takes up a ton of memory space
Iâve never had issues with the app functioning properly, but it takes up a ton of drive space on my phone (over 300 MB), which seems like a lot for what it is. Angry Birds takes less space than that.
Not worth it at all
You have to spend $250 to get 1 free meal, what a joke
