Taken over by Veezu, charged double the usual fare

Our school journey has always been £8.90 with Hull Cars. First trip with Veezu taking over and it was £17. Never again

Hull Cars are a good firm, decided to try the app

Had some issue re pets. I don't mind paying extra. But some drivers lack awareness with pets even if i call the firm to tell them. Then some get annoyed with me because of the cat, which I understand some pet owners are not more careful, but my cat sits on towels, in her carrier on my knee. The app doesn't even let us tell the driver we have a cat or dog which would be a useful feature. I have social anxiety so i prefer not to take a bus. So I've had a few frustrating encounters with drivers. Please add the option to add pets to the journey.
