Usable at times
Using this to clock in and out is fine. Overall very basic, though all you need.
My issues are that it constantly freezes and this can be weekly to the point I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. It will do this usually when I’m trying to log in to work. Very frustrating.

A very efficient and easy to use application, a great tool and organiser for your schedule!
It’s good
It’s confusing when I receive an email asking me to accept or decline a shift in the app and it’s grey and not blue. I want to accept or decline the shift in the app but I have to send an email anyway because I’m very confused.
Crashes constantly
I have to use this app daily and it crashes often, causing me to delete the app and redownload it

Half the time it doesn’t even open and I have to delete it and re download!! Terrible app which I would not use if I didn’t have to for work
Doesn’t update shift times with calendars
Had an issue multiple times, where my shift hours were updated. And it did not reflect in on the automated subscription calendars. Devs Please fix this issue so that all calendars would auto update to display correct times.

App is consistently freezing on the startup logo screen and only way to fix it is to delete the app and then reinstall and sign in again with my department, which is really tedious and annoying. Otherwise the app is good. Easy to use and nice design 😇

Worst app ever. Cant change hours, can’t finish work times if forgot to log out. Its a joke of a app

Takes so long to authorise shifts just spinning round on everyone’s devices. Shocking.

Worst UKG app
My new company only uses this stupid app. It always creates problems during clocking in out. I checked my internet connection. I tried the exact same places where my clock in worked once or twice. It only works when it wants to. I used other Kronos in my previous works. I never ever had any issues. Now every time I have to ask my manager to fix my timesheet manually. I feel awful. I don’t know how to solve the issue.

I’ve got a new job which I love. Only thing is they use this stupid app for clocking time.
I can use the desktop website to bid shifts etc despite it being tedious to use but this app is the pits. I can’t believe it’s 2025 nearly 2026 and they can’t make an app that allows you to log in smoothly?!!!

It used to show when the break started & also the actual time when you start shift but now it doesnt which is really annoying because if you start early and you forget it then u dont get paid.
Painful
App freezes - does not allow log off, doesn’t function correctly for team to change locations. This is meant to be better than the yellow version - I’m not seeing it
Bad
This app crashes out on me every few weeks so I have to delete it and redownload it. The features in app themselves are fine but genuinely why do I have to keep deleting it in order for it to work as advertised.

Often have to make two or three attempts to click on or click off. Does not work reliably. Confusing new interface.
