Empresa grande / UX débil

Tanto a nivel de su página web como la app, Humano se está quedando atrás y/o fallando en mantenimiento. El app “crashea” mucho y a menudo sufre “lag”.

Una ventaja competitiva que pueden tener es habilitar el directorio con función de mapa. Todos sabemos que moverse en SD tiene que ser estratégico por los tapones; cuan genial sería poder buscar un médico en mi sector o cerca de donde están mia otros doctores.
