Charge and Discharge button

Charge and Discharge buttons are not working.
Missing total cycles count
Every change of screen will disconnect the battery.
This is the worst BMS app so far.
At least I hope batteries will work fine and for long time.

Battery seems okay

The battery seems to work, but paying extra for the “smart” battery was a waste of money. The app never works. I basically have to start over every time I want to see the battery status. No quick glance to see the state of discharge or charging, you need to add the battery like it was brand new every single time.

The app was a selling point

One of the reasons I bought this particular battery is because of the app and the ability to monitor it on my iPhone.

I contacted Humsienk and was advised that I was being connected to a live person but they never showed up.

If I could give the app less than 1 star I would. It does not work at all.

I’m hoping the battery is not as big a disappointment.

A scam

App doesn’t work. Poor product and bad customer service.

No battery cycle count

It works I am able to connect with the 12v 100A battery but there is no battery cycle count. Please add this feature it helps on tracking the battery cycle and know its lifespan. Other brands have this feature.

Lies

If I stop the charge on the battery it also stops the discharge…. If I stop the discharge it also stops the charging. I’m so annoyed. I have 4 batteries and it shows that the ones that are at 80%+ are charging from the batteries at like 40%. The features seem cool… and they would be if they actually worked. Rather I’m always guessing or relying on my v output.

App needs improvement

Only able to connect one battery at a time. It’s very inconvenient if you have multiple batteries. Needs improvement.

Useless

The app is pretty useless. It doesn’t stay connected if you change apps and if you have multiple batteries it’s pretty annoying because the you have to continually scan the QR code

It doesn’t work with multiple battery packs connected in parallel, it’s OK for a single battery pack

I have four of the 100ah 48 V server rack batteries connected in parallel with all the communication cables connected, and the dip switches set, and have connected to the primary battery over the app, but it unfortunately only shows the status of that battery in the summary screen and on the details screen for the cell information from that battery only. There is no way to tell the status of the other batteries total charge or detailed information. If you connect to the other batteries over Bluetooth, they show no information at all. The app is very far behind other manufacturers, smart battery apps. Because of the inability to manage multiple batteries when connected in parallel, I’m actually considering returning the batteries.

Seems to be built by an eight years old scripting kid

Looses connection if you switch to another app, you have to disconnect the first device if you want to read data from another one. Buttons without any function, rare information

It actually got worse

Although they usability and the visibility in the app was terrible in the previous version, at least it was mostly functional. You could switch back-and-forth between batteries to see their various states. The version released two weeks ago. Looks like they possibly paid somebody to do some new UI work, but the functionality actually got worse. You can connect one battery and view it. And then you can go back to search and find the second battery to connect to. But once you’ve connected to the second battery, you can no longer have any access to the first battery until you kill and restart the app. That’s terrible.

Response from developer

Thank you for using our app. We highly value your feedback! We have fixed the issue in version 1.1.2, please update to the latest version later

Needs improvement

Need to allow users to see cell voltage and access to setting. Setting is locked with a password and they don’t provide password to the user. This is awful and need to be changed.

Does not work

Worked once

App needs work
