Not “natural” as they claim.
I honestly wanted to like these. I LOVE the concept and all, not all the ingredients are bad but for sure they use some synthetic vitamins. For example for their vitamin B9 and B6 they use pyridoxine and folic acid which are synthetic. Their collagen peptides also smells weird, it has no taste (which is good) but I can’t with the weird smell and the way the collagen looks. Once in water it looks like a sticky solution which I’m not fond of and again, the smell. Hope they don’t mislead people and just change the label and not the actual ingredient, as many vitamin manufacturers do. I hope that some day they start using organic and actual natural ingredients. I’m very disappointed because I realized about the synthetic ingredient after I purchased. It was my fault for not checking every single ingredient thought. I few days later I emailed customer support to request a return for a refund but they never replied back. So I got upset and emailed them to remove me from their files and close my account and they got back to me saying, as I had requested, they closed my account but again, they NEVER got back to me about my return for a refund. Now I’m stuck with synthetic vitamins that I will never take. Shame on you for using “natural” like others companies that too mislead people thinking they are taking all natural vitamins.
