App functionality
App works. That’s about it.
Details of all services are relayed in a confusing format and need to be restructured for better customer app navigation and easier decision making process.
Pictures are nice additional touches but are technically unnecessary. In order to lock in customers and their money; you need to make it easy for them to push that button that says the high dollar amount.
Structure you deals and services to be a 1-2-3 step up. No one cares as much about what the deal/package is called. They just want to know what they are paying for.
Also, you need to set your base price and describe what that pays for; than offer a checklist of add ons that are not included but the customer can see and just tick the box easily and say what they want . This puts the information right there for them to choose and they feal invested in the decision of “This is what i want” mentality. It’s easier to grab peoples money and get higher prices when they do it themselves instead of looking at a really high number and saying wow thats way too much.
I mean 5 add ons that range in cost could make the difference in taking the total from 150 base to 250 total.
