Total destructive update
Es ist doch immer wieder schön, wenn diverse App Entwickler sich selbst überschätzen. Da wird eine Verbesserung versprochen und man ist voller Spannung, und dann hat man es nur geschafft die App durch das Update unbrauchbar gemacht zu haben. Ganz tolle Leitung, vorher hat die App zu 90% funktioniert, nun liegen wir bei 0% und unbrauchbar.
Das aktivieren des WLAN durch BT funktioniert. Wenn man dann die Kamera mit dem Handy Wifi verbindet bis dahin ist alles wie gewohnt, nun die beste „Verbesserung“ des Entwickler, man soll dann auf das + drücken damit man Zugriff auf die Kamera Software bekommt. Und was man nun bekommt ist die Aufforderung der App das W-Lan zu aktivieren, nur hat man leider beim Entwicklen der App scheinbar vergessen diese Funktion mit ein zu planen und somit erscheint kein W-Lan Auswahl Feld bei den Einstellungen und damit keine Verbindung zur Kammer.
Schade das man die App so kaputt optimiert hat. Mir wäre persönlich die alte Version die sich gelegentlich mal aufhängt besser gefallen. Na ja nun hat man eine Kamera mit W- LAN nur kann man es nicht nutzen.

接続不能になってしまった
iPhone 14 Pro MaxでiOS16.1 ですが、カメラとのWi-Fi接続ができなくなってスマホから何もできなくなってしまいました。

Can’t share/download pics
About to get rid of this unless they figure out how to get these pics onto my phone without screenshots. At least let me share some pics with friends… kinda behind the times when i comes to versatility. However, takes great pics! Everything connects but gonna dump this camera if they don’t roll out a major update soon.

Bad app
Really disappointed about the app. At first everything work great. Bluetooth and wifi work flawlessly with the camera. But there a major issue . When you download photo in the app you dont have the choise of puting them elsewhere. So if you want them in your phone or ipad or any other digital gear you have to download them one by one…. I got 935 photos the first month of use. There no way i will transfer them one bu one. Please help me !( developper ) find me a solution do group download!

Works perfectly for me…..
I don’t understand why this app has got such a low rating, as it works perfectly for me with my iPhone and does everything it says it’ll do and needs to do. I just find it odd, or is it a user problem?

For me, this works well with the camera. A little clunky to begin with, but can download pictures and videos. Needs time and patience to get it working

A Tad Confusing
It took me a while to get my head round how this app works and once I had it was easy to set up with my wild life camera. I can only guess that the bad reviews left here are from people struggling to set it up.

RTFM
App and camera work fine. Just follow the instructions. Quite straight forward even for me. Follow the prompts. Open app. Connect to camera with Bluetooth, turn on camera wifi with app. Connect phone to Camera wifi. Download and View photos and videos on your device.
Useless sadly
Zero stars was not possible. App does not work. Impossible to connect to wifi or phone. Useless sadly. Disappointing.

Es dauert lange bis die Kamera verbunden ist und Downloads dauern ewig, meistens stürzt die App dabei aber ab.
Geeignet ist die App um nachzusehen, ob überhaupt Ausnahmen gemacht wurden, zu prüfen wie voll die Batterien sind und Einstellungen vorzunehmen.

Works well
The only problem I’m having is,I cannot find the down loaded pictures on my phone ? I don’t know where they go !!! Other than that I like .
Rudimentäre Funktionen
Grundsätzlich funktioniert die App. Wenn das Wifi über Bluetooth aktiviert wurde, hat man Zugriff auf die Aufnahmen und sogar Zugriff auf das Life-Bild. Hier kann man entweder filmen oder fotografieren. Leider bleibt bei Dunkelheit das IR-Licht deaktiviert.
Bitte noch ergänzen, dass man das IR-Licht aktivieren kann.
Auch sollte man zum Upload in eine Cloud mehrere bzw. alle Aufnahmen anwählen können.

Turn on location services
I had a hard time connecting to the camera. Once i turned on location services it connected to my iPhone easily. I had to email customer support because i have downloaded pictures but cant find them on my iphone. Not in picture gallery or downloads. You have to connect to the camera each time you want to view or change settings which can be a little time consuming but it saves battery life so thats a plus.

This app is no good, it lets you review,but any attempt at down loading videos and it just goes round and round and nothing happens☹️
Works fine on iPad and iPhone
Took a little effort to figure out the interface. Once that was done, wireless download was easy. Image quality is excellent. Would like the option for a little faster shutter speed.
So far, so good
I’ve only done desktop testing so far, but it looks good. I did have a problem connecting WiFi at first, but then I unplugged the cable from the camera’s USB port and it all worked as documented. So perhaps that was the problem for the other two reviewers. I was able to remotely trigger the shutter and take a picture using the app. I then shut down the app and plugged the camera into the computer and the mass storage protocol worked just fine with macOS. I haven’t tried wireless download using the app yet.

Doesn’t work on iOS
Just like the other reviewer couldn’t connect to my camera once I turned on and connected to the cameras wifi. This app is 4 years old with no updates so I’m not going to hold my breath for an update that will support iOS. I’m returning the ToGaurd T100 as that was the main reason I bought it.
