Since the recent update the share option auto resets and won’t load the messaging window.
Terrible
Package said that you’d get 100 free photos a month, that was a lie - there was no “copper” plan available. I have the camera set up inside my RV to keep an eye on it while it’s in storage. It has gone bonkers and takes dozens of pictures of nothing. Overall: terrible product

I was surprised that without notification, the Bronze package now requires a paid subscription. I’ve had the camera for 2 years and the camera was average at best. I will not recommend this unit nor system.
Camera takes 500 pictures a day
500 pics a day of no movement. Stick with better cameras.
Not saving photos to phone
Not able to save photos to my phone anymore. It pops up to do it and disappears.
Doesn’t like iPhone 17
It will not send notifications to my iPhone 17. Contacted customer support and they have not been helpful.
App Keeps Wanting Update
This had been working fine over the past 8-10 months. However over the past two weeks I have updated this app no less than 15 instances, twice a day. But it still says update every day, stick on date May 25, 2026. I completely removed/deleted the app, but it went back to same date and requiring up date.

Review
The only thing I do not like about this camera setup, is that there is no setting for aiming the camera and pictures don’t come in real time usually 2-5 mins after picture is taken. Besides that set up is pretty good.
Not notifying phone when pictures are sent
Been using my can for a few years now and never had any issses. All of the sudden however I’m not receiving notifications. I haven’t changed any settings to have this occur and yes I’ve tried every troubleshooting practice I could

Bought two different trail cams, both which use this app. Cannot even verify my userID bc their servers have been down for an hour plus. I’m shocked the two brands of trail cams use this app when so far it has been utterly useless. I can only cross my fingers and hope the app works soon?
SD card reader
Bought to read my SD card and barely even did that. Wasn’t previewing but like 10 photos and couldn’t get any to download. Couldn’t view any that wasn’t already previewed. Any that I clicked on that were black, remained black screen. The videos weren’t even showing at all either: waste of money, should’ve just bought an actual SD card reader.

HORRIBLE
I thought this app would be good so i got the sd reader and stuff AND FOR SOME REASON when i go on the videos i cant watch it its just all black and nothing loads. This app is HORRIBLE do not waste your money on the reader either. Neither the subscription
Just okay
Works well to view pictures. Won’t actually delete pictures from SD cards no matter how many times you try. 👎🏻
