Good product but expensive subscription
I already bought the camera so why do I have to pay you to use it it’s so dumb

Camera won’t work called customer service and it still doesn’t work camera was paid for for a year prescription
Insite v pay for 3 get one.
Only one of my cameras work out of a 3 pack. Purchased everything I needed, even got a couple solar panels. One of these cameras tried to work and it don’t now but good news I got a year subscription for a camera that don’t work. Yeahhhh!
Not what it used to be….
Since wildgame switched to this app I now need cellular service to look at anything. And when I do have service or even WiFi it’s like waiting for dial up. For all you that don’t know what dial up is well if freaking slow.
I’m truly disappointed with this situation and I guess I’ll have to start bringing my laptop in the truck to check cameras.

Card reader
Halfway reads the sd cards and wont delete pictures. Waste of time for a hunter.

Works better than some of my more expensive cameras. Rates are reasonable.
Plans
When you go to upgrade your plan instead of taking off what you already paid like every other cell camera I’ve run they want to charge you full price like you haven’t paid anything!!
Not downloading pictures
The app is not downloading pictures onto my phone. It was working. Not anymore.
Unable To Share
Since the recent update the share option auto resets and won’t load the messaging window.
Terrible
Package said that you’d get 100 free photos a month, that was a lie - there was no “copper” plan available. I have the camera set up inside my RV to keep an eye on it while it’s in storage. It has gone bonkers and takes dozens of pictures of nothing. Overall: terrible product

Works 5% of the time. Even when updated and paying out the ash

Discontinued Service
I was surprised that without notification, the Bronze package now requires a paid subscription. I’ve had the camera for 2 years and the camera was average at best. I will not recommend this unit nor system.
Camera takes 500 pictures a day
500 pics a day of no movement. Stick with better cameras.
Not saving photos to phone
Not able to save photos to my phone anymore. It pops up to do it and disappears.
Doesn’t like iPhone 17
It will not send notifications to my iPhone 17. Contacted customer support and they have not been helpful.
App Keeps Wanting Update
This had been working fine over the past 8-10 months. However over the past two weeks I have updated this app no less than 15 instances, twice a day. But it still says update every day, stick on date May 25, 2026. I completely removed/deleted the app, but it went back to same date and requiring up date.

Review
The only thing I do not like about this camera setup, is that there is no setting for aiming the camera and pictures don’t come in real time usually 2-5 mins after picture is taken. Besides that set up is pretty good.
Not notifying phone when pictures are sent
Been using my can for a few years now and never had any issses. All of the sudden however I’m not receiving notifications. I haven’t changed any settings to have this occur and yes I’ve tried every troubleshooting practice I could
