1 Hour of XP
When I earn 1 hour of XP play I expect to get an hour not 57 minutes. I collected my 1 hour XP then went to play a slot immediately after and my level meter was still yellow for 3 minutes then level meter goes blue XP mode showing I have 57 minutes of XP play. Sneaky way of pinching 3 minutes off!

I’ve played this casino for years and in the last couple years the machines are tight, you can spend trillions and not hit anything. If you purchase coins which I used to then you get more luck when you don’t buy coins you don’t ever get anything. Time to uninstall.
No payouts
For over two years, I have been trying to get my last silver puzzle piece. I have gone through hundreds and hundreds of silver and gold tickets and all I ever get is a bronze puzzle piece. I have never won a top jackpot, just the little ones.. lately no matter what game I play I cannot win a thing and I’ve gone through trillions of credits. there are great games with multipliers, but don’t count on ever receiving them. I played for three hours during the promotion for the black tickets and I did not receive one. It’s a shame they take the joy out of something that could be so much fun , evidently like other players are saying , all they care about is the money they receive. If there are many players out there who are spending lots of money., go to a real casino where you have a chance of coming home with real money. Update things have not gotten any better. The other day I upped my bet from 1T to 3T and didn’t get one decent hit. I lost over 2Q in no time. when I bet low, I can get some hits even though I’ve never hit a top jackpot. Can’t complete a charm pack even though I need many pieces all I get are duplicates. Also have gone through hundreds and hundreds of gold and silver tickets I still can’t get the one to complete my puzzle. Boy do they have these games rigged to lose. It’s a shame cause they take all the joy out of playing, especially with your teammates.
