When I earn 1 hour of XP play I expect to get an hour not 57 minutes. I collected my 1 hour XP then went to play a slot immediately after and my level meter was still yellow for 3 minutes then level meter goes blue XP mode showing I have 57 minutes of XP play. Sneaky way of pinching 3 minutes off!

I’ve played this casino for years and in the last couple years the machines are tight, you can spend trillions and not hit anything. If you purchase coins which I used to then you get more luck when you don’t buy coins you don’t ever get anything. Time to uninstall.
No payouts
For over two years, I have been trying to get my last silver puzzle piece. I have gone through hundreds and hundreds of silver and gold tickets and all I ever get is a bronze puzzle piece. I have never won a top jackpot, just the little ones.. lately no matter what game I play I cannot win a thing and I’ve gone through trillions of credits. there are great games with multipliers, but don’t count on ever receiving them. I played for three hours during the promotion for the black tickets and I did not receive one. It’s a shame they take the joy out of something that could be so much fun , evidently like other players are saying , all they care about is the money they receive. If there are many players out there who are spending lots of money., go to a real casino where you have a chance of coming home with real money. Update things have not gotten any better. The other day I upped my bet from 1T to 3T and didn’t get one decent hit. I lost over 2Q in no time. when I bet low, I can get some hits even though I’ve never hit a top jackpot. Can’t complete a charm pack even though I need many pieces all I get are duplicates. Also have gone through hundreds and hundreds of gold and silver tickets I still can’t get the one to complete my puzzle. Boy do they have these games rigged to lose. It’s a shame cause they take all the joy out of playing, especially with your teammates.

Rigged with cheaters and bots
The most rigged game. It’s not even real money they are paying out and it’s the most rigged slots. You can go 40 or more spins and win nothing. Why don’t they at least make people want to stick around? Oh, and so many people with unbelievable amounts of coins. One day they may have a couple quadrillion, the next day it’s hundreds of quadrillions. No way! The game doesn’t pay off enough to win that much. Clearly cheating or employees. They spend all their time making multiple accounts jumping from club to club and sure they’ll stay.. until the chips dry up. Look, I can’t blame them. Their ads are misleading. they often display them before the system puts them into effect for example, your completed gold puzzles could be worth 20% more but if you complete it before the value on the puzzle changes, despite the ad, you will get the normal value. So pay attention. Chip prices are just absolutely ridiculous and even more so if you’re a new low level. Charm packages… $80 for a CHANCE of a new charm? LOL scam.
Also, their new ai support suuuuuuuuuuuuuucks. It was better three updates ago. It’s slow and depending on your question or reply, it’ll stay stuck with no way to trigger a response or get further help. Maybe it’s their intention.

Disappointing end for a decade-long player
After nearly a decade of playing, my journey ends because of a forced update. Dropping support for iOS 14 without giving players a warning to secure their data is incredibly disappointing. Some people can’t update their iOS version due to legacy compatibility. Now I am stuck on a loading screen with no options or recourse. I would have considered linking my account at the expense of my privacy to save my progress, but the interface gives me no access to do so. A sad way to treat a loyal user base.
