They take chips and money, you win they don't add it to your score, cut down pay outs, reels act up, stop and start reel if it is going to win. You can't build chips at all. Trying to make you buy chips this is not a good site at all, will not fixed the site to make it run right

Are you still looking forward to playing now there's nothing to look forward to. Just bait and switch. Start you out with more chips and even BIGGER losses, "winning" spins that don't even give your bet back. It is pretty pathetic to say the least. Homiest deluxe pass slot is so pathetic they put no energy no thought no pizza into that slot!!! it's totally the same as leprechaun from a couple months back. And it's really not paying! I tell you I go through all my chips in UNDER 5 minutes every night because of how pathetic the algorithms are now!

WTF kinda game is this?…bet 1T in an event game ….52 straight losing spins….went from 122T chips to 70T before hitting a 4T win…these games suck.
Connection issues
Since the last update I have had nothing but connection problems with the app. All other devices in the home have zero issues seems to just be with this app in particular
No HUMAN support anymore
Twice now I have had issues and attempted to use the AI driven system to report said issue and the bot said it would get a human to respond. The first instance was closed by the system with NO HUMAN RESPONSE. The issue was not resolved either the event was abruptly terminated and the perpetual advertisements linking to it finally disappeared with no explanation given. I have been a paying customer for months now, but do not feel the support given justifies it. Will be spending my money on other things as being “Prestige” means nothing with no HUMAN support.

Your automated system does NOT allow for support contact anymore on the payment website either it is redirected back to the app. You used to have a spot to report technical issues with the game - it now gives you HUMAN BEHAVIORAL ISSUE ADVICE AND HOTLINE INFORMATION. It appears for all intents and purposes the AI has taken over the system and is operating it. And the AI does not need my money to eat or keep a roof over its head so there you go…

Sending 10 gifts to players
Today August 31,2026 on the game where you pay extra for the prestige level there was an event that if you sent 10 gifts to other players you would get a bonus well I sent more than 10 gifts and it never showed up on the game. Tell me why are we paying extra money and there being flaws in the rewards?
