Not good
The challenges used to be plenty and give high points value. The points value decreased and that was fine, but then the gift card amounts needed went so high that it became unreasonable to even keep this app.
Wouldn’t get unless there is change
When I first was using this app I loved it the more time that i used it in the pasted 2 weeks there has been 1 post and 2 days ago there was an issue with the app for me as it didn’t allow me to make any submission and today morning. Its changing for the worse.

Challenges got reduced
It used to be fun had 5 challenges a day now I only get 1
Terrible
Why on earth did the points needed for rewards spike so much? It’s making the app feel less fun and the rewards are so out of reach, even the 5 dollar ones!
Reward blocked
I exchanged my hard earned points for a reward only to have it error on me and never give it to me.
Didn’t ever get my reward
I’ve had this app for a while, I saved up over 20k points and used it on a prize of 15 dollars off a domino’s pizza order. Unfortunately I was never sent my reward. I was confused so I wrote support and email and still not reply, it’s been about 2 weeks. I’m extremely disappointed.
Good until it’s not
The customer service and the bugs the app has have made the app not fun. I redeemed my points for a reward and it gave an error, then took away the points without emailing the gift card. Unfortunately it’s been over 3 weeks without any response from the support team.

This app is a really good and fun way to earn a little extra money by completing challenges. I’ve been using it since it originally came out, and have earned a lot of money by using it. The issue for me is the customer service and the bugs the app has. Sometimes I will redeem a reward and it gives an error, then takes away the points without giving me the gift card. Unfortunately it’s been 2 weeks without any response from the support team, so it’s hard to report issues.

Videos and AI SUCK
I like the app and taking pictures of random ideas but this app needs to get rid of the videos cause there is no one that sees theses videos except for the person that made the video, if I wanted to make a video that I wanted to watch and listens to myself I would do that but I don’t, making a video on this app is like having a teacher give a assignment to the class that doesn’t need to be handed in? That makes no sense, why make a video when no one watches it and that this app is ran by AI that is judgemental on here and it’s very picky on what has to be said in the videos cause if it says take a video of your favorite food and then a person doesn’t appear or say anything in the video it’s a FAIL and the person has to make the video on their favorite food all over again till it gets what the AI wants since it wasn’t in the description to say anything about your favorite food it just says take a video of your favorite food and no where does it say a person has to be in the video or say anything it just says show your favorite food. I want more pictures and no more videos on this app cause the videos are getting to be lame and boring and useless

Too many video challenges
I really enjoy this app. I love how they connected with stores to get credit on the merchant products. I do think lately they are asking for too many videos. Also pictures with people. Most of the day I am by myself. Sometimes I’m not camera ready. There’s a beautiful world out there perhaps more pictures challenges of it.

Doesn’t cash out
I contacted customer support many times on all platforms as well email and and everything no response I tried verifying my email to cash out and they send out a fake link 0 Stars if I could a waste of time.
No access
I can’t access my account and when I’m trying to log in, it says that the email is being used already.

Good app has tiny bugs
It’s good I have made 30 dollars in the past 4 months there’s just tiny bugs it hasn’t been giving me my bonus points from streaks or from sharing and my streak even if I still continue without missing a day it it will sometimes reset
Can we stop talking about my “red glasses”?
I like the app though some of the challenges are repetitive but the one thing that gets on my nerves is that every time I take a photo the comment is something about “those red glasses…” yeah, I wear glasses but I feel like that’s ALL this app says to me.

Hyper is great as an app but I think it has crashed ?

I love this app and it’s so much fun to do the. It’s been working fine until today. Now an error code 502 comes on my screen. I cannot submit any photos and every time I do that error code comes up. Now it is asking me to type in my phone number so I can create an account. I don’t need to create an account. I need to log into my account. I have been active daily since mid August I have over 106,000 points that I do not want to lose. Please help asap!!
