Update: did the update, now it crashes immediately when I open it.
Udate #2: they responded surprisingly fast, acknowledged the issue, and quickly resolved the issue with Apple, and kept me informed on its status. I wish more developers would behave this way.

Learning Naturally And Fast
Just awesome I love this app. This is the smart approach! It doesn’t hurt to supplement by looking up some grammar if something is confusing but this is like Pimsleur on steroids!
The Best Model
Build differently to other apps, it just fits my way of learning it turns out. The founder clearly understands how we can learn a language more naturally, as we did as children.

Great learning tool
I’m in Spanish 101 and this app helps alot. The shadowing and recall feature are great! It’s nice to break large groups of words into sets of 20 at a time. New update is good but has some flaws and bugs that need to get fixed but still for paying for the pro+ features.
New App Crashes on IOS 27
Hello,
I have just moved to an iPhone 18 Pro running iOS 27.
HyperLingua crashes every time I try to open it.
I have already:
* Restarted the iPhone
* Deleted HyperLingua completely
* Reinstalled the latest version from the App Store
It still crashes immediately after opening.
Could you please advise? I would really like to continue using HyperLingua for learning Italian.

Five Stars—Plus Some Feature Requests
Definitely subscribing. This app will soon add to or replace my current Go-To language learning app.
Good learning app
It provides listening as well as active recall practice. The only thing that was lacking in my opinion was support for randomised spaced repetition, but they started to implement features for it.
Additionally a mode that forces you to translate new combinations of previously learning vocabulary would help, I think. But I have no doubt that this app will keep getting better and better.

It doesn’t working
It doesn’t open on my phone.
Exposure
Using the shadow and active recall has been massive in the speed and quality of my learning experience. I also love the ability to upload your own sentences and incorporate them into your shadow and recall exercises. Great way to learn. Awesome app.
Need more languages

It’s a great app and system to learn a language. I’m waiting patiently for Thai to be added, hope it happens soon 🙏
Best for Language Learning
I followed the creator on youtube and must say that he really created a great app. I tried a lot of different language learning apps and this one is by far the best. Not only can you learn a lot using the free version but more importantly the system is really nice. The interface is simple but effective and I am looking forward to what features are yet to come.

Perfection
I haven’t been using it for too long yet, however, I am very impressed by how intuitive the user interface is. This is exactly what you need to learn a language, it’s just perfect. Well done Mikel + designers.
I like it but
My only problem is many Japanese sentences seem like they were created from Google Translate. Not all wrong but I don’t want to learn sentences that are not correct. I believe in Mikel’s system and will continue to use.

I absolutely love Hyperlingua. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now and I’ve already learnt far more than I thought I would at this stage. The learning logic is solid and with the method of using sentences, grammar is so much easier to pick up. So impressed. Thank you for a great app.

No th for Spain Spanish?
I am starting and have not yet encountered the proper pronunciation using “th” instead of “s” sound even though I have chose Spain Spanish. Will this be addressed soon? I must correct / figure out for myself which kind of defeats the purpose? I do not get to hear the correct pronunciation to practice! Maybe it is correct in other parts but I have not yet encountered the correct “th” sound. This app is not cheap for me- I should get refund until it is correct. Having said all that, I love the concept but I want to hear the CORRECT pronunciations! Why show Spain as an option if the sounds arent correct?
