I bought a sign in January I finally got it in April 4 weeks after promise shipping date I got the sign and the LED blades are clearly warped from the factory which causes caused the images to not be straight even the calibration grid is clearly not straight .
I emailed and called customer service and they refused to replace my $2000.00 sign The app since the last update only displays a white screen or crashes This product is clearly not ready for prime time . A complete waste of time and money.
