A brain then created programs to consistently sharpen certain skills. My thinking has been enhanced by these specific skill hypnoses.

This is one of my all-time greatest apps. Thank you to the creators for giving us all of the wonderful and varied practices. I practice at home with this APP, at work, at the MVA, everywhere (except behind the wheel of my car). I've even told my doctor about this APP so that he can share it with his other patients. It's made that much of. Difference. Thank you for making this APP affordable too!

Too fast
I was going to buy this app, but 5 minutes in to it I found the speaker was talking so fast that I knew I was not going to get to sleep or obtain any benefit by listening to it.
App is dead
Nothing work anymore and hasn’t been updated in over a year. Used to love it :(
Amazing!
This AP helped me get over a lifetime fear of snakes. It's git a lot of really great content and it's not expensive. I've had this AP over a year now & I appreciate the positive artistic messages that come up & the ability to send them to friends. The only reason i’m taking a star is it would be great of this AP generated more content. And made sure transcripts were always available.

Didnt care for.
I’m not happy w this App at all. Just didn’t seem to be user friendly. I’ve used many others for sleep and this one wasn’t good for me.

I often use this app to sleep instead of my prescribed sleep meds.
No volume control
I bought a 3 month subscription on sale, but I couldn’t use this app at all. Every similar app I’ve tried has a separate volume control for background music. This one doesn’t. The music was loud and distracting. I couldn’t hear the narrator’s voice because of the music, so I didn’t use this app once. I do not recommend this app as it is.

Rushed & Anxiety Producing
I felt like the guy was commentating for a shopping expedition show. “What can you throw in your cart in 5 minutes...” I love hypnosis and have many others that work, but this is not at all for me.

Waste of money
Downloaded the app. There are files that play in each category that are free but when you hit play there is no sound. You also have to pay to unlock the full ‘episode’.
So far I like this app a lot
I’ve been using it primarily when I sleep but I wish there was a feature that let me know in the morning how long it played for
No access??
I just purchased your app for three months (I've been charged for it) but I still have no access to the content. Can you please fix this so I have access and so I don't have to contact Apple for a refund? I've deleted and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Still nothing.
Background sounds have gotta go.
This app would otherwise be fantastic if there was a feature to adjust the volume of background sounds. Many of the hypnosis sessions include the sound of a heartbeat and it absolutely makes me cringe inside. I tried to reimagine it as a drum to no avail.
Similarly, I imagine others would feel the same about certain musical tones, rustling trees, crickets, water dripping, etc. Additional sounds are available to choose from within the app, making the background sounds already embedded within the hypnosis sessions unneccessary (as well as distracting and bothersome if one finds them unpleasant).
The lack of ability to adjust background sounds is the only factor preventing me from upgrading to the premium version, because I would......in a heartbeat.

Really amazing
The dreaming hypnosis is amazing the first night I went right into my lucid dreams , it was so real for me I couldn't sleep the next night , I was to excited about it, and in truth a little scary too, moving into uncharted waters, and the great need for change
