This app has given me countless ways to tune into my needs more than any other tool I have discovered. Brit is brilliant. Hypnosister is so thoughtfully curated. Every day when I open the app I find a new inner world to navigate, gracefully walking hand-in-hand with Brit and the Hypnosister community. This was my first experience with hypnotherapy. I have been using guided meditation in my spiritual practice for many years, but this was even more therapeutic. The level of peace and empowerment that came over me after just my first experience with her recordings; it was life changing. The journaling prompts are inspiring. The printable A.M. Practice, Daily Intention, and Daily Reflection worksheets are honestly worth the price of admission in themselves. There is so much offered in this one space. You will be amazed just as I was. You are one click away from a life-changing practice with Hypnosister. I will always remember this time in my life as a healing one thanks to Brit. Leveling up to my higher self as I dive into this app little by little each day.

Life changing
If you do your part, this app has the potential to change your life. It is so well put together— you can really feel the love and care that went in to each detail, and Brit really knows what she’s doing. The journal prompts she offered had me contemplating them for weeks and when I finally put pen to paper, I had the most powerful breakthrough around a topic that I had been working through for a long time. The hypnosis was deeply relaxing and the perfect way to integrate what had come through in my other practices. I would recommend this app to anyone who is serious about living their best life and willing to put in the work for it.

Unique voice and guidance
I love this app and use it all the time. Loads of new content added constantly, which is helpful for someone like myself trying to grow, evolve, and become the best me. What especially has stood out has been the self-hypnosis instruction, which has elevated my meditations.
