For the most part the app is good, however the expanded camera view or full screen view doesn’t work. Again. Please update the app. Revised. 1-26-22: update published works for full screen again. Thanks
Delivery Alerts
I love the video doorbell for its ability to give me alerts when a package is delivered. I do lose connection with it sometimes which is a bit frustrating but I can quickly get it going again and it’s it works fine.
Fed up
This app has been nothing but trouble for me do unit keeps going off-line and then I have to remove the unit and re-initialize getting very old it does it’s about to every two days

Service had been disconnected and it was totally unfair. Finally is back. Thanks
New app
Can’t get it to connect after the new update and switched to new app. Very frustrated.
A lot of issues fixed
notification on phone when someone rings the bell works now. No google home stream working yet. Wish i would get alert on watch that come to iphone notification center only.
motion detection area
Works well but still have a problem to fix the motion detection area.
Terrible
Get the ring, less hassle, doesn’t disconnect at random, better app. Had to switch apps and still dont work properly. Always goin offline.
Not As Many Features as Before
I have to say that I am not having as many issues as other users seem to be having. For the most part, I’m getting all my alerts and am able to live stream whenever I want. Although I do find it weird that randomly I’ll be missing a big chunk of the day sometimes. To be honest, The only issue I am currently having is that I can no longer update the “zones” that I want to have the motion detection. Any helpful ideas? When I click the button to access the zones it just times me out and doesn’t let me update.

Won’t connect to my bell. Have tried and tried!!!
Used Notifi for forever, and was told to switch to this app. Haven’t been able to see a video since!!! This is crap!! So frustrating!!! Anyone wanna Ofer up some suggestions??? Cuz I’ve followed the instructions and THEY DON’T WORK!!!
Still no notification when bell is rung
Both the initial version and this update do not fix that there is no notification received if the app is not running. Defeats the purpose.

Thank you for updating the app. Maybe now won’t have to delete and reinstall my doorbell every other day. This is my first day with no issues. It was running fine. Today (Thursday ) I lost the video. I had to shot the power off and on. I hope is just a fluke.
Great App Update
The new app update is very intuitive and easy to use. It now has a very cool multi camera view function that I’ve never seen in a mobile app for IoT. This allows you to see all of your cameras in one view! This is very helpful when you have multiple cameras.
Updated app
I find that this new updated app is a big improvement over the old one. I can now access my video doorbell without issues.
The only negative comment that I have is that the movement detection, even set on low, is still too sensitive. This still needs some work. Other than that it is working smoothly.

Doorbell is impossible to connect to the app
I’ve tried and tried and tried again to connect my doorbell to the new app. Followed the directions each time I’ve tried and the doorbell never shows up. What a fantastic waste of my time. Had no problems with the old app at all. Time to take out the garbage and go with a ring I guess...
