it’s ok
so i love this app but there is so many restrictions. like, i want to change the app icon but you can’t without the premium. there is almost no free options to change the wallpaper. so, if you are willing toong to pay a lot a year, then this app may be for you

I don’t use this app consistently, but I use it enough to notice a difference in myself. I feel like I’m slowly rebuilding my confidence, learning healthier ways to cope with my breakup, and getting back into the routines that make me feel like me again. Every day is a new opportunity to heal, grow, and find my way back to myself. 🌱💗✨

Great concept
Love the concept. Some of the affirmations are manifesting negatives, but I ignore those ones. The wording needs to be improved to bring the phrases in to the present state. Message me if you need help. Updated to 1 star. It tells you if you that they will ask if you want to subscribe after the trial. It doesn’t. No help through help bot.

Life changing
I’ve had this app since 2021 and it has helped me get through many difficult times. These subtle, but meaningful affirmations always pop up when i need them most, and have helped me stay positive every single day. I love this app so much.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
Do not download this app. I have been receiving phantom alarms everyday since I deleted it. And nothing has worked to get rid of it. And now they are happening twice a day. Apple blames them and they blame Apple but no one will fix it. Wish 0 stars was an option
