No longer that useful
I have now used this app for a little over a year. It was really great at first, very helpful and encouraging. But as time progresses, it has become way less useful, and quite frankly, rather annoying at times. While they do occasionally add new affirmations to existing categories, it’s literally the same old stuff over and over again. Sometimes the word order changes, but it’s otherwise 100% the same. There have been other updates, but a lot of them appear to be more cosmetic than substantive. The entire experience is just getting old rather fast.

I use this app everyday, first thing in the morning and before I go to bed. It keeps me motivated and reminds me to stay positive every day. I am grateful to this app from adding positivity and motivation to my daily life.
Switch gears!
Switch gears mentally and kind of unexpectedly but boy am I grateful for it! Like say I’m having a bad day and I just happen to look at my phone and a notification pops up, giving me a positive affirmation- and I say it out loud- and I kind of instantly feel better. More at ease or at peace. Very refreshing!

Waste of time unless you want to pay
You download the app and then you take this long test, about your goals and what’s important to you, I mean really long, before they tell you that this free app is just a free trial for three days and then you have to pay $3.99 or $50 a year. Waste of time unless you want to pay.
A Must See
I signed up for a 3 day trial and I canceled my subscription that same day. They charged my credit card $75 for a yearly subscription that I did NOT agree to and they would not refund me! Be careful not to use your credit card they will rip you off!
Peace
I enjoy the positive reinforcement. It’s a daily ritual for me to take a look at the positive mental affirmations that come across my mind. I find peace in just being able to read the words and soak it up into my mind and everything that I do truly grateful and to share this experience with this positive affirmations every day, I remain grateful because gratitude is God’s attitude

Waste of time.
I did not like that it asks you a ton of personal questions about yourself and then after asking very personal questions about your life it asks you then to pay for a subscription. Seemed like a scam

Game changing
I have this as a widget on a screen dedicated to mental health. And it’s the best by far. Everytime I see it, I pause to read it and it really helps me reground. The best part is that you tell it what you want to work on or where you have confidence issues, and it creates a custom mix. Not a lot of fine tuning needed. Affirmations are realistic and don’t come off as cheesy fortune cookies. And the nice backgrounds are super peaceful. I love the one with the steaming coffee. 10/10

Great affirmations
I do love this app but does it read my mind? Can it read my phone?

Doesn’t auto change
I was hoping the affirmations would change everyday automatically. Instead of me resetting the settings on my wallpaper everyday. It’s an extra task.
Always new affirmations
I have had “I am” for years. Recently I got a good deal on the premium subscription and purchased. I will say that the app is phenomenal with or without paying the premium fee! I find it amazing that they always give new affirmations, they do not just repeat the same collection. In awe just thinking about the years and years of fresh affirmations, even when I was using the app for free!

Misleading Free Trial & Unexpected Annual Charge
I signed up because the app advertised a free trial and stated that I would receive a reminder before the trial ended. Unfortunately, I never received any reminder or notification.
I planned to cancel my subscription, but shortly after midnight I discovered I had already been charged for an entire yearly subscription instead of the monthly plan I expected. The charge was significant, and despite contacting support, I was unable to get a refund.
This experience felt very misleading. If you’re considering this app, make sure you manually set your own reminder to cancel because you may not receive the notification they promise. Also, double-check your subscription settings carefully, as mine renewed to an annual plan automatically.
I would not recommend this app based on my experience.
