Not User Friendly
I have emailed several times regarding the app and the website both. Neither are super user-friendly when you’re trying to check points availability and comparing different hotels. You have to start over and start searching the same parameters that you started with over and over again. Additionally, I was told certain hotels were still accepting points yet you they never allow you to search using points. I’m not talking about showing dates where points are blacked out. I’m talking about where there is an option to search using points. It’s very frustrating at times because it feels like groundhog’s day when you are searching multiple dates and properties especially. This came up as a saved review but I have written several since I started this one. It’s still the least user friendly app for hotel programs. And what’s worse is there are hotels that make you think that they honor points and I’ve been checking for a year at Balboa Bay club and there are no points available any day anytime for the past solid year so do not put it in that category if they are not honoring something with the point system. Also the points are a terrible redemption amount for the hotel choices you get. We spent over $30,000 at the Montage in Kapalua Bay and barely have enough to get a week or two in hotel redemption. The worst hotel app
This is such a poor app. I don’t believe that anyone from the hotel chain has actually tried to use it as a potential guest.
Great hotels, but…
Their customer service is very slow to respond. It is hard to get points added from a missing points stay.
Also, there is not an easy way to see points redemptions. Maybe it’s user error, but it is not apparent in the app and I wind up calling the hotel directly. Kind of a pain.

Wonky Website
I wouldn’t consider this an app, more of a website masquerading as an app. Please refresh to make booking easier. It gets frustrating which pushes me away from reserving rooms. Please model your website/app after Bonvoy.
Misleading term
The app uses misleading terminology when referring to country names. The island was known as Taiwan, not Taiwan China. Taiwan is a country, and Taiwanese people have their own passport, currency, and government. China has no right or authority to interfere in Taiwan’s elections. Thus, it has never been a part of Chinese territory. According to the Oxford Dictionary, a country is defined as “an area of land with its own government and laws, or a specific region with particular features.” Using misleading terms in the app is inappropriate because it affects users’ understanding and worldview, including that of future generations. I respectfully ask that the app use more accurate and politically appropriate language.

Good thing the hotel is great
I really like the Colonnade but I find the app frustratingly hard to use and very slow to update. It’s worth it bc I like the hotel, but please improve!
Questionable
I have gone in this app to book at hotels and the prices are so much higher than if you go through tribal that looks at multiple prices on other sites.

Difficult to navigate
Limited use
Lots of points and I usually stay in suites, etc. Free nights and even points and $ nights not much of a deal or very limited options. I had rather use all my points for a suite versus smaller rooms.
Fraud
Using deceptive marketing methods to induce consumers to download Apps violates the principe of integrity

Impossible to earn points
It seems to be impossible to earn points. Even after adding membership number to bookings it still does not reflect.
Poor interface
Have to log in each time I access the app. Search of hotel properties not intuitive. It’s an app to market the properties more than a proper app related to your stay at the hotel.
