Thank you for being dedicated to serving with confidence. It is truly a highlight to the Sonesta brand. I’m intrigued to know more. This is the best place to experience special vacay while away from home. It was just what I needed since there was a lot going on while rushing in from a very long drive and then literally had to run right back out to a meeting. the worst hotel to stay in
I booked this hotel expecting a peaceful and uneventful stay, but my experience ended up being frustrating and expensive.
📍 Location and Check-in
The hotel is well-located, and the reception staff was friendly upon arrival, but we started having problems from the very beginning.
💳 Hidden Charges & Unclear Billing
Although the rate seemed reasonable when I booked, upon reviewing my statement, I found extra charges that were never mentioned:
• A “service fee” that wasn't included in the confirmation.
• A “security deposit” that was charged without warning.
• Charges for “facility use” that I never used.
Even after asking for an explanation, the receptionist couldn't explain why I had been charged these amounts.
📞 Poor Customer Service
I tried contacting them several times to get a refund, but I received vague responses and, in some cases, no response at all.
🛏️ Room and Amenities
The room was clean, but that doesn't compensate for the unexpected charges and the overall negative experience. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the breakfast was average, nothing special.

If you decide to book here, review every single item on the bill BEFORE paying and save all your emails/confirmations. I ended up paying more than I had budgeted, and I'm still disputing the charges with my bank.

Often takes too long to launch. Often crashes. Sometimes shows wrong info, i.e., gives rates for 2 nights for a 1-night stay. Very annoying to use. Was there no beta testing for this? Disappointing.
