Thank you for being dedicated to serving with confidence. It is truly a highlight to the Sonesta brand. I’m intrigued to know more. This is the best place to experience special vacay while away from home. It was just what I needed since there was a lot going on while rushing in from a very long drive and then literally had to run right back out to a meeting. Carlos didn’t miss the assignment and had me laughing while choosing to be reassuring with impeccable attitude, “All is Well… We Got You!” Thank You, another Best and Must See!!!

the worst hotel to stay in
I booked this hotel expecting a peaceful and uneventful stay, but my experience ended up being frustrating and expensive.
📍 Location and Check-in
The hotel is well-located, and the reception staff was friendly upon arrival, but we started having problems from the very beginning.
💳 Hidden Charges & Unclear Billing
Although the rate seemed reasonable when I booked, upon reviewing my statement, I found extra charges that were never mentioned:
• A “service fee” that wasn't included in the confirmation.
• A “security deposit” that was charged without warning.
• Charges for “facility use” that I never used.
Even after asking for an explanation, the receptionist couldn't explain why I had been charged these amounts.
📞 Poor Customer Service
I tried contacting them several times to get a refund, but I received vague responses and, in some cases, no response at all.

The room was clean, but that doesn't compensate for the unexpected charges and the overall negative experience. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the breakfast was average, nothing special.

If you decide to book here, review every single item on the bill BEFORE paying and save all your emails/confirmations. I ended up paying more than I had budgeted, and I'm still disputing the charges with my bank.

Often takes too long to launch. Often crashes. Sometimes shows wrong info, i.e., gives rates for 2 nights for a 1-night stay. Very annoying to use. Was there no beta testing for this? Disappointing.

After a long day was nice to find something peaceful and quiet right off the exit.

I’ve been staying with Sonesta for a little bit an have to say by far the best I’ve stayed with recently!! If you haven’t stayed you really should!! the staff is wonderful,helpful make you feel welcome!! And the rooms are very clean beautiful outside for the family and kids it’s very nice😍

Hotels are clean, everything works perfectly. Reasonable price and the customer service/management work with you. Perfect location, hotel is by all food places and movie theater (Walking Distance). Kitchen is amazing and the hotel isn’t noisy or surrounded by a lot of noise.

This app is horrible it’s always glitching out and makes you restart your whole reservation again the screen will completely black out when looking up past reservations and the customer service on the app is awful they don’t assist with anything makes you wonder what is it they actually do ???

I absolutely love this place. It’s always so clean and the rooms are fantastic, the staff is friendly helpful and always so sweet. It’s always so clean and the breakfast is great! I can’t say enough good things to describe how much I love it!!!!!

James service is OUTSTANDING!
We stayed at the Sonesta Select in Huntington Beach and as soon as we got there James at the front desk went above and beyond for us, his customer service is unmatched. People nowadays don’t put in much effort and he actually cared about trying to make us as comfortable as he could.

This app hasn't worked for months
I don't know what's wrong with it. I have an updated iPhone 14. The app is updated. But when I try to book something, starting at the "book your stay with us," page I just get blank screens . In this modern world, I shouldn't have to go to a website or make a phone call to Hotel. All of the other 10 or so other hotel apps I use work fine.

App is buggy, hasn't worked for me for months
I have all the major hotel apps, but I haven't made this at work for me for months. So I have to call (20th) or try to use their website on my iPhone 14. Or I just end up staying somewhere else.
