How do you sign in on this app? I have wasted so much time putting in the same exact information that allows me to log on to the website. Not working at all. Really needs improvement.

Every review is 2 or less stars yet the app is rated 5 stars, how is that possible? Also, the app doesn’t serve any purpose as a coach. Where’s my roster, where’s my schedule, where’s my ability to see what players are going to be there and where is the option to communicate with the parents? App serves no purpose

Waste of time
Completely worthless app. Website is slow too.
Pointless
This app doesn’t help coaches and is a waste. It lets you see the schedule but not your roster or give you the ability to message the team. Instead you have to try and navigate the website. Both the app and website need to be overhauled with input from actual coaches and volunteers.
Does not work
App does not work, it is just frozen on the home screen
Useless for iPhone SE
As of October 2024, the app does not work at all on iPhone SE. Like another review mentioned, it opened up to a page where nowhere on the screen responds to touch.
Terrible League & Terrible App
If you’re reading this get your money back, honestly it would just be better to take your kid to the park, the app is junk doesn’t work.

This app will do absolutely nothing when you download it. It opens to a page where not a single button works and you cannot scroll, there is literally nothing that you can do on this app. I was excited to get some coaching pointers for my kids and this along with a first week cancel does not bode well.

Can’t login even though my credentials are correct
Doesn’t work
I can’t log-in. It keeps saying invalid credentials, but I know they’re right. I just changed my password on the website to make sure I was doing the right password on the app and it still says invalid credentials.

Seems everyone has the same issue … for a year. Why would anyone sign up for i9 if you won’t fix this. Going to another league.
