Keeps closing out
I use this app for North Hollywood ca When it closes out it resets every time and have to do everything all over again. Also North Hollywood has the option of the vehicles automatically dropping once in the yard and it doesnt do that ether

I spend 1 hours for answering on stupid questions. 5 times change passwords. And I must go to office. So what sense in this app???

This app is absolutely useless. Constant crashes, login issues, and nothing ever works when you need it most. Slow, buggy, and frustrating beyond belief. How is this even approved for use by IAA? Total disaster. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Complete waste of time – fix your app or shut it down.

Wish they would fix the problem of having to enter the payment twice if its not the original payment amount they have in the app. Just annoying
Every update it gets worse
Every update they do is like the tower is doing more and more of IAA job of checking cars in, asks dumb questions, now we have to take pictures and do inventory, why not just pictures only, and if I take the picture and hit approve, why does it basically ask me if I’m sure of the picture I took, way to time consuming and as a result makes the towers work slower and not be able to get as many cars done in a day. Worse now then ever after more updates more work for us to do, making us retake pictures cause there is a blur is outrageous we are outside with sun rain snow reflecting off the car.

Please stop with the micromanaging!
Please stop with the micromanaging of camera functionality, you’re making the drivers job that much more difficult. The camera blur parameters are ridiculous, everyone’s phone is different, drivers treat their phones different, of course there is blur when the sun is beating down reflecting off the vehicle, I shouldn’t have to retake all my photos because someone felt it necessary to implement such a feature.

Would be awesome if we knew what we were going after with pics already loaded up from the insurance company from when they total it . I mean I couldn’t tell you how many times these adjusters say a fwd or rwd isn’t towable because the 1/4 is dented. Come on guys learn the trade if your going to be in it please help us out info is key for us so pics would help big time. Also could we cut down on the pic loading steps it’s a little much way to many steps and takes to long if we’re supposed to do it on the fly

At first I liked the idea of this app. I really hope who ever is in charge of this nonsense actually reads this. I shouldn’t have to do the job of the yard guys. If you want me to take pics as well as inventory then I want a pay raise!!!
Says update but no update
It’s telling me to update the app and when I click update it’s sends me back here. Deleted and resinstalled and still does it!! What’s the deal ??
